SAN FRANCISCO -- Hunter Pence came through in a big way, erasing a slow start with his new team with one swing of the bat. J.J. Watt Womens Jersey . Pence hit a three-run homer during a five-run rally in the eighth inning that lifted the San Francisco Giants over the Colorado Rockies 9-6 on Sunday. "He hit the ball hard the one time that was turned into a double play," Giants manager Bruce Bochy said. "That three-run homer makes up for a few mistakes we made." Buster Poseys sacrifice fly in the eighth tied it. Melky Cabrera, who had an RBI single in the comeback, drove in three runs. Brandon Belt doubled twice and went 4 for 4 for the Giants. "A lot of stuff was going wrong for us but it didnt matter," Belt said. "That home run came at a great time." Matt Belisle (3-4) took the loss after allowing the first three hitters he faced to reach base. Rafael Betancourt gave up Poseys deep fly to left and Pences drive into the left-field bleachers. Clay Hensley (4-3) pitched the eighth for the win. Eric Young had three hits and drove in a run for the Rockies, who have lost three of four. Starting pitcher Alex White and reliever Carlos Torres also drove in runs. "We did everything we could to try and win that game," Rockies manager Jim Tracy said. "We played with heart and we played with energy. The key to the whole eighth inning is when the leadoff pop up fell. I really believe that if we record that out, that inning was going to go cleanly. I believe that. We opened the door for them." Giants starter Barry Zito lasted 5 1-3 innings, giving up four runs and seven hits. White allowed three runs and seven hits in four innings. "We just made a mistake in the first inning," White said. "I just wanted to keep us in the game." The Giants trailed 6-4 when Brandon Crawford singled, pinch-hitter Hector Sanchez doubled and Angel Pagan walked to open the eighth. After Belisle got Marco Scutaro on a short fly to left, Cabrera delivered an infield single to score a run. Betancourt came in to face Posey, who fouled off five consecutive pitches before the sacrifice fly. Pence, hitting .137 as a Giant, then hit his 18th home run. "That was big," Posey said. "Hes been working hard and it was nice to see him come through." Torres delivered a two-out single, his first career hit, to highlight a two-run rally in the sixth that put the Rockies ahead 5-4. D.J. LeMahieu doubled home run a batter earlier. Cabreras two-run single in the first gave the Giants the early lead. Belt also singled home a run in the inning. Young and Josh Rutledge each doubled home a run in the third and Whites sacrifice fly in the fourth tied it at 3. Ryan Theriots double put the Giants back on top in the fifth, setting up Torres hit in the sixth. NOTES: White recorded his first career RBI. ... The Giants expect INF Pablo Sandoval to be available Monday night against the Washington Nationals after playing in his third rehab game at Class-A San Jose. ... RHP Ryan Vogelsong (10-5, 2.27) goes for the Giants against the Nationals. He leads the NL in ERA. ... LHP Jeff Francis (3-4, 6.06) pitches for the Rockies against the Milwaukee Brewers. Arian Foster Womens Jersey . From a deep bunker in front of the seventh green, he holed the sand shot for a birdie, and suddenly the game felt easy. Very easy. That was the start of an amazing finish for Kaymer, who ran off nine birdies over the last 12 holes to blow past Fredrik Jacobson and a host of stars on his way to a 9-under 63 and a three-shot victory at Sheshan International. Arian Foster Jersey . Wilin Rosario hit a two-run homer and Colorado took advantage of four Dodgers errors to romp past Los Angeles 13-3 Friday night for its season-high fifth straight win. http://www.texansteamstore.com/andre-johnson-jersey . Then things got "nasty." Despite carrying a nine-point lead in the fourth quarter and having the San Antonio Spurs on their heels -- even by the admission of the Spurs -- the Thunder instead let the road win theyll need in this series slip away with a 101-98 loss in Game 1 on Sunday night. J.J. Watt Jersey .S. Open. The 17-time Grand Slam king Federer, who captured his seventh Wimbledon title in July, needed just over two hours to beat 25th-seeded Spaniard Fernando Verdasco 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Andre Johnson Womens Jersey . Verdasco, the top seed and 2008 champ, converted five of 18 break points in the second-round victory. Gulbis served eight aces but could not overcome Verdasco, who picked up his game in the third set.CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Joey Votto is defending the decision to wait more than two weeks before getting an MRI that found torn cartilage in his left knee. The Cincinnati Reds first baseman hurt the knee while sliding into a base on June 29, but didnt get an MRI because he didnt think the injury was serious. He kept playing and the knee improved, so he didnt feel a need for tests. "I was improving, so I would say nobodys at fault here," Votto said on Wednesday. When the knee got worse over the weekend, he got an MRI that found the tear and led to surgery. Hes expected to miss three to four weeks. Votto started rehabilitation exercises on the knee at Great American Ball Park on Wednesday. He told reporters that he wouldnt have done anything differently in hindsight. "I was feeling great," Votto said, standing on crutches in front of his locker. "Those four days off at the All-Star game, then coming back, I was almost at 85 to 95 per cent (when) running. And then all of a sudden, it just started swelling up and it felt like I tweaked something." The National Leagues 2010 MVP is known for his durability -- he played in 161 games last season. He was batting .342 when he went on the 15-day disabled list, leading the NL in doubles, walks, on-base percentage and extra-base hits. Votto said he felt something in the knee during a 3-2 win over the Cardinals on Saturday night, and it was sore a day later. He had a single and RBI double during a 4-2 win that completed a sweep of the Cardinals on Sunday, then told the team about the problem. J.J. Watt Red Jersey. "I was always taught to just stay out of the training room, play as much as you can," Votto said. "If you can play, play. For better or worse, I think in the long run thats going to pay off for me and hopefully for the Reds. But I healed really quickly after the initial (injury). We were really optimistic, hoping it was just something muscular. "Were also trying to stay in first place and win the division. Thats another reason I felt it was wise to wait it out and hopefully heal and help the team." The NL Central leaders called up outfielder Xavier Paul from Triple-A Louisville before a game against Arizona, giving them a little help with the offence. Like Votto, Paul bats left-handed. The outfielder went to spring training with Washington and started the season at Triple-A Syracuse. He was released by the Nationals on July 3 and signed a contract with the Reds last Thursday. "I had an out with the Nationals, and I chose to take my chances with another club," Paul said. "The Nationals were great to me. They have a great bunch of guys, and they could win it. Its just that I needed a change. It worked out." Paul gives the Reds a little more speed in the lineup as well, something theyll need while they try to get by without Votto. "Right now, weve got to change our game a little bit because we dont have that power in the middle of the lineup with Joey out," manager Dusty Baker said. ' ' '
