I was inspired to make this after watching the clone wars series, whereupon I saw a clonetrooper with a minigun... Hence I set abut making my own. I won't bore you with the full how to (unless explicitly asked for it) But I WILL show you the pic and the movie (cos I made so that the barrels spin) ![]() The video can be found here ... http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v485/nit...P6210002MOV.flv |

Yes, way cool. Does it spin? Does it tip you over (:)) and how do you harness for an EpII/CW look? And since you mentioned, at least at a high level, what are the major piece parts? WAY COOL. |

Yes it spins (the video link in the first post shows it spinning)
(No it doesn't tip me over) So far there's no harness, just hold the grips and press the switch. Its damned heavy, so there will be a sling (cos I'm not musclebound in any way shape or form) Major parts: Cheap rechargable drill 22mm PVC overflow pipe 110mm Soil Pipe Leaf guard for 110mm soil pipe Joystick handle 10mm aluminium rod |

Excellent Job, Rob! Freaking Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooooooooooooooo jealous. I wanted to do a mini gun but they don't make themselves. And I would probably be better if I just wait till it did. |
