Not quite complete, but I went ahead and got the boys together for a group photo. Still waiting on my fullscale and mini helmet from MR. I also had to order the bobble head (not here yet). I've really been wanting to get my hands on the medicom 12", but I figure I can still get that one at a reasonable price, unlike the maquette, and superdeformed blackhole trooper.![]() And of course there is my prized possession, my modified TE trooper. ![]() |

people are ridiculous with their comments..like this one: "My little brother made a full movie replica of a boba fett suit. It really wasn't that difficult and its almost perfectly screen accurate. All the plans are online at "www.thedentedhelmet.com" Just how long do you think it will take until scans of this sucker hits the internet? With the host of starwars costuming web sites it wont be long. I'd guess in less than two weeks after release crafty people will be manufacturing this sucker for less that 100 bucks." Less than $100 eh? Did I miss a memo?

Here's my favorite: "Why the hell would anyone pay $650 for a helmet they have to paint over, anyway?" My question to some of those comments left on that page after reading is, why the hell would you bother wasting your time posting comments about subjects or items you have no clue about and absolutely no interest in.. it's obvious those guys need to focus more attention on their own interests and stop wasting time knocking others. It's seems like most of those comments posted were done by children, seriously. Most of them posting have no concept how much things cost in the real world, and how much 100 dollars really gets you, much less 650. I think they're just angry they can't afford a cool looking, unique helmet on the 20 dollar a week allowance.

People that comment "my little brother easily did a screen accurate boba fett costume" are more likely to be full of hot air and useless information than they are master craftsmen with $4000 to throw around on a costume. I'm thankful that for every single person I've come across in the legion thus far is (pretty much) grounded, level-headed, and genuinely benevolent. Ironic that we represent the "evil empire" eh? |
