Just wondering if this belt would be acceptable as opposed to the ABS. Took it from a wieght belt.

To the relatively strict 501st standards, probably not if you're submitting it for 501st Legion Costume Approval. If you choose to go the "cloth" belt route, canvas or leather (I have to check on the leather) have been the only approved alternate materials thus far. That's what I've been hearing. Oh well, was worth a shot. I may try to use the strap I cut off of that, and adhere it to the back of the ABS for support though. Still working it out. we'll see. |
