Could just be reflective stickers. The Mirrored type they sell at craft stores. That thing is polished real nice though.

Looks like they just used metallic tape/stickers that you can buy at any craft store. Not too hard to do at all. There is special paint that you can buy that gives the "chrome-look", but it's very pricey - I've seen some of the Japanese Garrison folks do a whole chrome TK suit (unofficial Rad-Trooper) using it. I'll see if I can dig up the link.

well now i know the model for this fx tx helmet i just got. it looks like its the exact same except the mic tips on this are silver......

too bad this is glued together with hot glue and is coming apart? :D
