My Hasbro Blaster. I made my own folding stock out of plastic and stuck it on, did a little weathering also. I cleaned up the casting markings and made some T track to finish it off for now. I'll get back to it after the holiday.

Almost done on the rest of the armor, stay tuned.............Posted Image

Honey I'm HOME!!!!Posted Image

Finally done. Just a few minor adjustments. I have found that trying to photograph TX is a challenge. A little shaky.

Time to take a break......................

What we have here is a little of this and that. The main armor is a FX ABS in black. Junked the helmet and got a TE2. I used Krylon on this helmet just to see if it worked. (It did) I did prime and sand before painting to remove as many bumps as I could. Krylon primer on the TE2 and Rust-Oleum on the ATA.

I was also putting together a ATA helmet and used Rust-Oleum paint on it. It turned out nice but due to my running low on time I finished the TE2. Rust-Oleum takes longer to fully cure. It might be just a little more glossy than the TE2. I'll finish it out later and that way I have 2 helmet and 2 different looks. (Just a little different)

Both paints seem to be fine it's just how much time you have.

The details on the helmet, I used Krylon flat black in a bottle and brush. Testors silver for the teeth. I also pinstriped the side tubes with my Mack 0, Number 10 pinstriping brush and the Krylon in the bottle.

"No decals here!"

I'll do more detailing here and there now that I have the whole finished.

Watch out Rebels another TX Shadow Trooper is on the planet! :D

Very nice job. Welcome to the ranks. You will quickly find as I am sure you already have, TX armor shows everything. Shiny and fingerprint attractor.

Yep it does show everything. It is the hardest thing I've had to try to photograph also. I've sent in my pictures to the local 70th GML and I'm waiting to hear back from him. Hope to have a TX number soon and then can maybe get some trooping in.

Thanks for looking..............Later all,

Please let me know by pm your name and garrison, I'll be glad to push a little so you can have your TX designation a little faster.

I just checked (since I'm a GML too) and your pics were submitted and approved. Now just to wait to get your number assigned.

Congrats.
