That's pretty good. They look pretty nice. What holds them closed, magnets?

Nice, I got mine in yesterday too.

I did the unfinished, going to paint them flat black with silver weathering.

I'm not so sure the problem is with the strength of the magnets or the the fact that they don't meet because of the angle of the cut. I'm going to take my dremel to it before I paint it and se what I can do.

Other than that, they're really sturdy. Seems like nice solid work and I don't regret grabbing a set.

Will do, as soon as I'm able. Had a big week at work and didn't get anything done!

That is a great idea.

I will make a pair and see how they come out. It seems they are made out of PVC.

I have a pair of magnets I gout out of an Electronic "My Name Is name Tag", they are very strong, and very flat, so I guess they will do the work, also, after I saw this, I went to my local hardware store and found a package with about 5 magnets.

If I actually make the set, I will show them up here.

Thanks for the tip!! they will do great for pictures with fans when trooping, on their knees and cuffed.

Thanks again.

Got mine all painted and weathered (finally). I didn't want the binders to look unused! What kind of trooper would I be, if I wasn't cuffing someone.

They're a really simple design and look great. If he hadn't been putting some of the funds towards charity, I would have just done it myself. Sometimes you just need to support a fellow trooper.
