The original WEG Storm Commando picture. Notice all the custom armor.![]() The Hasbro Storm Commando figure: I'll take full 360 shots of it when I get a chance later. These were on the web. They took some of the SC pieces from above for the head and shins, but used a Shadow Scout body, probably to save cash on the mold. ![]() ![]() Rebellion Era Campaign Guide (WotC): Not a clear shot, but you can still see the custom visor and squared ears. These are wearing scout boots though. ![]() This used to be in the SW Databank. Still has custom forarms and shins (judging from the top) You can see the angle on the side of the visor going from the ear to the top of the brim, as opposed to the straight fall on the scout visor. This one has scout knees pads on it. ![]() This one has a cool WWII style bucket, but it differs the most from every other reference and uses TK pieces for the tighs forearms and handplates. Every other piece of armor seems custom, as they don't match either scout or TK style. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -iz Edited by izzi, May 4 2010, 08:13 PM.

So are we going to end up with 3 variants of the Storm Commando? Or break them down into the following?:- The 'Storm Commando', this one. The 'Shadow Scout'. And 'General Weir'. |

I'd rather break it into those 3 and am kind of nudging things in that direction. I believe Crazas is with me. (Though he may chime in otherwise) They are 3 separate styles of armor after all. There isn't an approved Weir or Storm Commando yet so it's not an issue at the moment. I do however want to be sure that people don't think they can mix and match from the armor types. (i.e. Storm Commando Helmet, Shadow Scout Belt, Weir bandoleers..) -iz Edited by izzi, May 15 2010, 02:32 AM.
