Message was created at 5 AM. The message has 1 part. This is that part (This is technically incorrect, message should have two parts, 1 would be this beginning portion, and the second would be that wall of text below). There are 95 characters in this message. PIR is the startposition to decipher the key AIR. The TYXXO shows that this is from the Kengruppen XXO.

Already used it, my version had numbers instead of letters, so I used the numbers as A=1 B=2, etc. But the final 3 digit code that was meant to be used was not correct

Congratulations to Malphurs on decoding the message. Here is how to decode using the simulator I put in before.

1. Open the cover and make sure the model is Wermacht - UKW = B
2. As you can see the first part of the message is TYXXO. The TY is just 2 random letters I added but the XXO is in the Kengruppen for the 31st.
3. Next to the date you will see three Roman Numerals which are the rings you have to use. In this the rings are Ring I, Ring II, and Ring V.
4. Before you put the rings in you need change the Ringstellung. Ring I would have the 10, Ring II would have the 14, and Ring V would have the 02.
5. Once you put the rings in you will need to close the cover and get to the set plugs on the bottom. The Steckerverbindungen are the plugs you need to plug in. So you would click B then F, S and D, etc.

Now you are finally ready to decode the message!

6. On the top of the message you will see the PIR and AIR. Set the rotor start postion (the numbers on the top) with PIR or 16-12-18. After you have that you will type in AIR. When you type that in you should get XTO.
7. Now change the rotor start position to XTO or 24-20-15.
8. Great! Now you can start to type out the message. If you did everything right you should have this:
CONGR ATULA TIONS YOUHA VEDEC ODEDT HISME SSAGE MESSA GEMEW ITHTH EFULL DECOD EDMES SAGET OCLAI MYOUR PRIZE

If you are having any troubles feel free to message me on steam
