REAL ESTATE AGENCY Homes: A home is a board where your character may live their lives in. When they're not busy out in the Digital World or Real World, they will spend their time here. It is a place where they can spend their time doing anything they want. Pursuing hobbies, hanging out with friends. Or just plain relaxing. It is a safe place, where no battles can take place without the permission of the home owner and NPCs will never spawn here without said permission. Think of it as your own personal safe haven. Below is a list of prices in which you can purchase a home for, based upon its size. Caravan Description: A very small and cramped caravan Price: 500 Flat Description: Price: 1,000 Small House: Description: A 2 bedroom home. The rooms are small Price: 2,000 bits Normal House Description: A 3 bedroom home. The rooms are average sized. Price: 3,500 Large House Description: A 4 bedroom home. Fairly spacey rooms. May have a second floor. Price: 6,100 bits Very Large House Description: A 5 bedroom home, with 2 living areas Price: 9,000 Mansion Description: Price: 12,000 Remote Island Mansion Description: similar to a mansion in size, but is now on its own private island. Price: 16,000 Castle Description: Price: 20,000 House Expansion: Description: Add 1 more room to an already pre-existing house. Note: Flats and caravans cannot be expanded Price: 1,000 bits. Digital World Homes: A person may have a home that is in the Digital World regardless of whether you're a Tamer or Digimon. However, it will cost a Tamer an extra 2,000 bits to have a home in the digital world. Custom Houses: If you have your own ideas for a home and you would rather build your own home, that is possible too. SImply list what your house consists of in this topic and we'll give you a price based upon the size of the house. House Architecture: Upon Purchasing a house, you are entitled to choose the architecture of a house for free, if you so desire. However once you have chosen a house architecture, you will not be able to change it unless you pay 2,000 bits to change it. A change of house architecture, for example, from a modern designed house to an old 1950s styled house, or a Japanese styled home will cost 2,000 bits. Shops: Any player has the ability to create a shop of their own, with their own unique ideas and products. In order to do so, one must simply pay up a one time fee of 15,000 bits to cover the cost of the property. One can then have an admin, create a board for their shop, and give a name and description of their shop for the board. Any profit made from the sales of the shop will then get added to the total bits of the character who owns the shop. If you are unable to pay the 15,000 bits outright, you may pay a portion of the total 15,000 bits instead. In this case, any profit made from the shop's sales will go towards paying off the rest of the shop property until it has reached that total of 15,000 bits. This means if you pay off 5,000 bits of the total 15,000, the next 10,000 bits in sales will go to cover the cost of the property, rather than you profiting off of it. Once that 15,000 is paid up however, any profits will be treated like normal and go towards the character's total bits. Items: As a shop owner, you can only sell your own custom items. Some special items can't be sold at a shop, such as Digi-armors, for obvious reasons. Please note that any custom items that you make will need to be checked by an admin first to make sure they're not overpowered or inappropriate. Any overpowered or inappropriate items will be denied and will not be allowed to be sold. Penalties may apply to those who do not get their custom items checked by an admin first, or those who decide to sell items that were denied by an admin. Penalties range from a warning, to the complete loss of your shop and you might never be allowed to own another shop again. |

Sorry I didn't notice you posted in here JVM Your buying has been accepted. It costs 3,500 bits so Sam's funds are now 1,500 bits. The house board for Sam shall be made soon. |

I talked with Jovi and we are splitting 1,750 bits between Dameon and Kurai Crawford to buy a Normal House, it'll be just outside the city. Kind of country-style, very tranquil atmosphere. |

I'll take a normal house, with the expansion for Drake timeheart. which comes to a total of 4500 bits. At the same time, I'll also do the same for Lorne, a normal house with one expansion for 4500 bits. |
