(Date 8th November, 2011)

Talas sat back in his chair in Silver Lining's headquarters. He sighed in relief, upon finishing the last of her paperwork for the night. He took a look at his silver watch. The hands pointed towards nine o clock, "Wow, it's already quite late." he said to himself, surprised that he had spent so much time on mere paperwork.

"You work yourself too hard." said Kota "You even didn't stop for dinner." Though he admired how hard his Tamer could work for something when he wanted to, it also meant that he had to take good care of his Tamer, for his Tamer would often neglect his needs to try and complete his work.

"It's fine." said Talas "I'm not hu-" just as if out to prove him wrong, Talas stomach growled just at the right time, somewhat embarrassing the young man and causing a slight blush in his cheeks. Okay so maybe he was a little hungry after all.

Kota chuckled at Talas. Apparently his Tamer didn't even realize that he was hungry. It was a good thing he was here for his Tamer or he couldn't even imagine what might happen to him. "I'll go get you something to eat." he said. Kota walked out of the room, shutting the door behind him.

"Thanks." said Talas to Kota "I appreciate it."

Now Talas was alone. He turned his chair around 180 degrees and began to stare out of the giant glass window to the outside world. It was a starry night, with the half moon clear in the night sky. Such a peaceful night, he thought silently to himself as he put his hands together and began to get lost in the thoughts in the back of his mind.

Talas took a deep breath. Thoughts began to flow through his mind. Worrying thoughts. The matter that had happened last week still bothered him a little, thought he had taken it in much better now that he had time to think about it. He wasn't too worried about it now. No. What was worrying him was not that, but the fact that they had not found the Digi-egg that Yggdrasil had spoken of in their meeting last week.

"The child of Era and Esmeralda..." thought Talas out loud as he thought deeply. To think that somewhere underneath this sky, the sky of the Digital World, there was a digimon, waiting to be born. One that could very well turn the balances of good and ill on its head if it were to grow enough. Most Digimon's potential wasn't always so black and white. Perhaps that is what scared him. Could the Digimon be possibly so overwhelmingly powerful that the difference is clear as night and day?

And yet, he still had found no trace of the Digi-egg whatsoever. He had sent Strike and Kota over to the Angelic World, thinking that maybe Yggdrasil had meant the Angelic World because of its numbers. But the two Digimon had found no clues at all regarding the Digi-egg. And there was no record of Emeralda's pregnancy or the egg's birthplace in the Digital Library.

Talas stood up out of his chair" Where are you?" Talas asked aloud, as if he were hoping for some kind of answer . He placed his hand on the large glass window in front of you" Where in the Digital World could you be hiding?"

"I wonder if you can tell where the egg is up there in the heavens, Christina..." he said to himself

Suddenly Talas felt a sharp burning sensation coming from below his neck. He placed his left hand over it, as he fell backward and kneeled to the ground. The burning sensation was choking him. It was choking him so hard, he couldn't breathe.

Meanwhile, Kota had gone down to the kitchen to fetch something to eat for his Tamer. He had gotten something for his Tamer and had been feet away from the door when he had heard a strange noise coming from the leader's room, though couldn't tell what it was at first.

"Talas?" said Kota, knocking on the door. Kota put his head towards the door, and could hear what sounded like choking sounds. His eye widened as he heard this and said "Talas!" out of instinct as he opened the door, running across the floor, proceeding to the right to go around to the back of the table, where he found Talas kneeling on the floor.

"Are you okay?" asked Kota, placing his hand over Talas back as he asked, clearly concerned for Talas.

"I'm...fine." said Talas, barely able to mutter those words, though the burning had stopped now and was beginning to regain his breathe.Flashes of earlier events of today flashed through his mind, not particularly sure why he was thinking about them.

"It was burning again, wasn't it?" asked Kota with a serious look on his face, almost as if he had known what had just happened in this room moments ago while Talas had been by himself.

"A little." said Talas, not daring to tell Kota that he could not breathe that time when the thing around his neck had been burning just a moment ago. He knew if he did say that to Kota that he would force him to take it off right now or try to pull it off himself, and he did not want that.

"That's the fourth time during this past year that this has happened" said Kota "And not only that, but they also seem to be getting closer and closer together." He didn't know what was happening to cause this to happen, but he knew it couldn't be of any good.
