The cold sting of the ice against the Echani's bare chest seemed uneffective as he moved cleanly and clearly, his kata seeming more like a dance than a fighting style. Rythmically he he twisted and turned, seeming off of his feet just as much as he was on them, yet his quick, powerfull movements yielded to a subtle grace, it was like watching the crackling of fire mix with the flowing of water, a beautious art indeed. The scene was a platform that hovered over the roaring waters of Kamino, the ever-constant rain blanketing the circular platform in water. In the center was the Echani, his white haire matted down, and his bare feet splashing water about. Dressed in only his white breachers, he seemed immune to the cold. Standing from a particularly entricate looking one handed cartwheel, he turned to the ramps, checking to see if his opponent would be arriving soon. |

Kamino the wonderful, fluent rushing cold air soaked into the ground just as much as the water cascaded about from the risen waters below the platform. As the raging waters continued to resist the very presence of such a facility ever being above the darkest depths of the sea below it plundered the bolts a screws with a rough hit possible taking down the platform at anytime. The slight grey clouds as they always did hover about showing neither sunlight nor any notice of such a sight before. The rain fell in a pattern of music as the dark shadows of the hall way to the arena hovered with darkness. His black light boots lightly squeezed the ground with his rigidity ends as his laces were tightly compacted within his inner boot. His Black loose pants swayed with the silent wind the crept upon the scene with his presence. His eyes colder then the ice showing about the sides of the arena below gleamed with a calm silver complexion as the lights from the facility flashed on the man stepped forward with a silent ease as he now stood within the light. His hair stretched to his shoulders and down to his chest where silver buckles was tightly strapped to his Black tank top. The freezing rain stung his skin like a torch of flame a bit to hot. His white complexion froze his opponents’ thoughts with scarce thoughts of such a man. His eyes focused on his as a light, weak grin appeared on his face. Stepping forward with not intention of fast actions or any other surprises simply revealed his black bladed sword of the Race that stood stature in front of him along with his double bladed saber. The hilt of his blade was carved in the shape of a deadly dragon. Though all too different was his simple hilt upon his saber. The blade simply wanted blood and seemingly showed it as it frisked by his opponent’s eyes with a quick disliking hate. His mind was free with thoughts as the rain continued to tatter with his skin and his silver lengthy hair. A sudden wind weaving it about like a wet rag. As the breeze calmed down his hair laid, rested and soaked due to such weather. He re ran thoughts of his surroundings as well as offensive and defensive moves through out his mind all with incredible taste for a decent spar. Infini stepping forward once more leaned a bit forward as his shoulder extended his arm as it sliced through the air like paper as it met his stomach with a polite bend of a bow. Infini's cold shattered voice broke the plundering rain's pattern from above as a loud alert of thunder was heard as he spoke, "Good luck, my friend." Stepping back without any hand motions looked expressionless now and ready for anything he was far different then most would have known, for a sith would never bow to a friend or foe. Infini observing his opponent noticed steps taken by him while he seemed to be practicing some sort of martial arts or perhaps a dance type of formation for battle, something similar to the drunken monkey only with more precise attacks and easily countered strikes. Infini soaking everything in to his mind like the cold air did to the ground paused closing his eyes and waited for his opponents actions he felt the force and guidance flow within his body Infini was surely more then ready... |

Cinaed's heart skipped a beat as he saw his opponent, though it wasn't that gripped him, it was the excitement of battle. Standing straight, he turned to face the other man, his lanky body rigid for a moment, laxing as he brought both hands up, palms open towards his opponent, a sign to show that he was unarmed. Moving quickly from this position, he stepped back his right foot, bending his left knee as his right arm crossed akwardly infront of his chest, a bow of respect among fighters. Cinaed believed that all those brave enough to ight deserved respect, be them on the same, or the opposing side as he. With that, he flipped forward from his bow, handlessly carthweeling over his head as his steady, acrobatic agility fluidly and effortlessly brought him closer to his opponent with a series of flips and spins. Landing finally but four feet infront of his opponent, he dashed in, stopping a mere foot away from his opponent as his left hand shot out in a quick open palm attack, the speed of which would most certainly be surprising due to his Echani training and heritage. What made the Echani special was their Martial prowess, each style being keenly devoloped and practitioned, and passed down from generation to generation. As his palm flew forward, his left, forward foot was on the ball of his foot, alike to his right, read foot. The knees on both feet bent, he was particularly low to the ground in this stance, his right hand coming forth in what could be just as easily another, undetermined attack. Unlike the otherman, Cinaed didn't watch his opponent's stance, instead, keeping his eyes on his opponents, for they told him everything he would need to know in this fight. |

Infini slightly tilting forward smirked as he watched the dance of such a elegant fighter make his way towards him His eyes dimmed with a quick intent to kill the sudden pause in his opponents’ action were easily caught. His eyes scrolled over every movement of his opponent’s footing. Motionless still at the insight of his opponent Infini then hear a light slide from the other man's feet. Hearing the sound was all he needed. Extending his muscular tightened arm released his hand into a forging fist as the other arm dangled forward with little effort to force anything upon his opponent. Sliding his foot over to his opponents’ left foot grasped with his free non closed hand his opponents’ wrist lightly. Tapping it sent vibes to his opponents’ brain simply telling him he had been touched but within the seconds for his opponent to even notice he slightly focused his attention on his other arm that had already taken place of a formed fist thrusting to the side as his opponents’ arm extended forward in to the light weighed air Infini pivoted his foot bending his knee cap in his right leg as he clutched towards the back of his opponent. Infini doing such a thing left his other foot just at the tip of the other man's feet causing him to slumber over. Infini finding it as an opportunity to strike knew of the man's jumpy and dance like tactics. Infini's amazing quickness and clever thought would make this one quite a match. Forming his elbow back into an offensive position struck his opponent lightly to tingle the back bone. Has Silver hair stretching in the wind of the storm splashed water upon the already tattered ground. Within seconds Infini back flipped to his sturdy position waiting for his enemy to charge or wait to realize what had just happened.... |

By the time his attacking palm had been touched, CInaed was already on the move again, weaving his way entricately as his left foot shot up and over his opponent's foot, landing gracefully behind it as the young Echani pivoted upon it, dodging the fist entirely in a single, steady, yet infinitely quick move. Turning completely, he deliberately let the elbow graze his back, just as it exited the further reach of the attacker, stretching it further would've left him open for a very quick and easy attack that would leave him unable to fight effectively. Cinaed was pleased to see that his opponent had reserved himself, not intending to let that happen. And just as quickly as the thought came, it passed as his opponent began the initiation of a back flip. Such was a big mistake to make in this situation. Unaffected by the parry, Infini was completely open during the time it took him to wind up, and against a speed based fighter, particularly one of Echani descent, such was fatal. The back flip would take approximately two seconds. First, Infini would have to recover from his elbow attack, then pull in for his jump, to jump from just his ankles would put him on his back, possibly causing a concussion if he hit his head. From there, he was in the air, meaning he had no way of maneuvering out of the way, even after he landed back on his feet, he would need a slight moment to recover from the kinetic energy of his landing. Time froze as thousands of possibilities flashed through his mind. Would he pull the feet of his opponent out from under him as he tried to land? Maybe send his knee straight to his back, effectively breaking a few ribs. Or maybe his foot to the neck, which would, at the very least, snap it. With a slight disappointment, he made his choice. He pulled out of his stance, standing straight as his opponent landed, unharmed. He didn't want this to end just yet. "There were so many places you've just left open for attack, and be greatfull that I didn't because had I the intent, you would be completely paralysed right now." He said, a slight smirk crossing his face. "Let me make this easy for you," he said as he changed his stance, switching so his right foot was forward. He then crossed his left forearm across his back. Looking at his opponent, he raised his right arm forward, a ninty degree angle forming at his elbow, a forty-five degree angle at his shoulder. His hand flat, he held it diagnally infront of him, looking intently at Infini's eyes. "Come on, then. Prove to me that you're not completely incompetant." |

((Garr writers block and bored tired...)) In the middle of the flip Infini was waiting for the very precise and easily maneuvering attack from his opponent. Little did this man know that Infini made the fatal mistake on purpose for one simple reason. He was just as quick on land as he was in air, seeing as his race was based upon pressure point, and stunned tactics the fighter needed to be quite fast in order to even reach a few specific places. The Echani warrior had no clue that Infini had such training and simply let him think he was making a move of stupidity. Infini's eyes glared as his feet rested at the wet ground. He looked daring and vicious into the eyes of his fearless opponent and simple spoke, 'Shame you didn't take the chance, you see you have no Idea do you. You think your fast, but the reality is your not," Infini noticing the expression of his opponent quickly changing to a slight grin. "Pathetic, I am glad you’re smart though, you weren't doing me a favor you were doing your self a favor." Infini saying such words coldly with little care for the man smirked as his foot leaned forward and then tampered with the wet cold ground beneath his light weighing boots. His mind simply running with the many places to stun his target and making him forfeits the match. Infini simply waited following every movement of the rain and not his opponent for one simple reason. Also listening to the rain he looked up and lifted his hands to the side and felt the cold water beat on his face. "Well don't just stand there please think everything over before you attack." Opening his mouth during his last words water droplets fell in and left it's cool prescience to his organs as his heart was slowing to a calm and less intense pattern as he closed his eyes and listened to the rain, as well as using the force with his sight. Infini's silver hair drenched and soaked sent trickles of water hitting the ground. Feeling the wind he grinned with little interest in the man's intentions soon to attack him. Infini was ready to seriously fight now... |

A slight chuckle eminated from Cinaed, he had obviously been amused by his opponents reply. "It's not a matter of who's faster, when you're in the air you have no way to alter your course, lest you use the force. Your course is determined, your back is turned, and even if you had of noticed the soundwaves, you would still have had no way to protect yourself without leaving yourself open. "And of course, I would have found the opening and struck it before you could alter your protection. I'm Echani, combat is my life style. I don't have to be faster than you, because you can not hit me. I will know where your attacks are aimed before you even concieve them in your mind, I will always know where to protect, where to move. You are outmatched." Blowing a deliberate sigh from his lips, he smiled. "Come attack then, besides, I asked first." |

"Tisk, tisk, and to think I thought you were smarter then the others, it seems that I was wrong. You, penetrate my counter attacks, your a bit too into yourself their along with your own personal life as a Echani. You see every spot was left open for numerous reasons, my young friend; it's to feed your intentions’ of attacking where you’re precisely mean to. I am afraid that you are the one slightly outmatched, you will not leave here unscathed, more rather beaten just as I will be, I am not superior to you or anyone else, I am who I am and regardless if you think you are more talented then me I am terribly sorry to say, that you will indeed be fairly close to losing or winning, this match is nothing to me but rather practice through my own eyes. As a sith I think your a great fighter in many ways. Anyways enough of this nonsense and let's get this going shall we..." The beating rain came down as the ice glistened in the light grey skies as the water began to splash upon the walk way. Infini smirking as his hair shriveled into a lose rope of silver threads. His eyes silver with no remorse and cold brewing hatred for a certain someone. He lifted his head from the ground and up to his opponent’s eyes. His fist was ruined by the many fights from his past and soon this would be another. His determination was like no other and his calm complexion made the Echani quite confused of his calm low weighed burden. He stepped forward with his left foot as his knee bent it forwards his hands lifted to his chin and his other arm stretched to the air in front of him his palm smoothly surfacing the air as if he was waving. His other leg was easily positioned behind him balancing perfectly in a normal fighting stance his feet lightly slid upon the ground and rested as his heel stayed off the ground. "With all due respect, I have no reason to attack you if your so sure about such weakness in my own movements please share..." His arms solid like a stiff rock waited for the intensity of the wonderful fighters motions everything would already be occurring in Infini's mind and soon with a few quick steps from his opponent his would simply let him hit, his face if directed for Infini had the perfect plan. If not Infini would simply show the young Echani his true intention of his fighting styles... |

His opponent's useless ramble was unheeded by the young Echani. In truth, he didn't listen to word of the lecture, deciding that his opponent was too scared to initiate combat. Instead, in the middle of the rant, he turned and began to walk to a ledge where a clump of his personal belongings lay. Walking to it, he continued to ignore the man as he knelt down, picked up a long, stone cylindar, and undid the locks, pulling open the top of the casing to show his beautifully sheathed Sword. The black metal was patterned with white with a touch of gold, and the black hilt wrapped in white cord, gold encasing the pommel and the hiltguard. Grabbing the sword by the base of the sheath with his left hand, he closed the case and stood. He had noticed his opponent's sword, and so decided he must be at least slightly proficcient. "Stop talking and draw your sword. I wonder if you can handle and work with the weight of a real weapon, instead of one of these lightsabers." With a flourish, he broke into a dash, the sheath shooting off of his blade and to his left as he grabbed the hilt in his right hand. The twin, curved blades of the sword parrallel, one beside the other as he held it before him in a horizontal fashion. His feet made no sound, except the splish splash of water shooting from beneath the impact. He brought his left hand to the blade, lifting it to an angle as he ran at an incredible speed, his athleticism showing in full extent as he closed the gap between them in what had to be about no more than four seconds. By this time he was holding the sword out to his right. His right foot stopped four feet away from his opponent. He had given enough time for him to draw his weapon, and now he would see how he used it. Like a flash of lightning his sword swung, coming down upon a fourty five degree angle toward's the left shoulder of his opponent in a swing that would cut him from left shoulder to right hip. The sword was moving so incredibly fast that it cut the individual raindrops as it passed, suspending each half in the air for a moment before gravity could grasp them again. Gravity was in awe of his speed. Yet the weight of the blade and momentum of the swing was just as great. |

His eyes dimmed as he followed the vast speed of the other man's movement in every way and step he followed the course of his sword as if he knew exactly what he was doing his eyes were now yellow with no consent of even drawing a weapon. His expression slid up into a sly yet more confident style. His black cloak felt the rush of the other opponent’s speed dashing forward. The silent footsteps followed with the rain beneath his opponent impact to the ground. Infini was seemingly more accurate at this rate; his eyes something about them showed him every movement of his opponents as if he were in slow motion. His eyes stern now, with a yellow disoriented then before. He lightly gripped his blade watching his feet slide backwards as though he were gliding through the air as his knee lifted from the immediate dash to dodge the simple attack. His silver hair ran backwards as though too afraid to be cut by such a wonderful blade. Bending his shoulder to the opposite side of his right arm stared into the eyes of the quick Echani. He thought for a quick moment and slowly unsheathed a black bladed Echani sword granted to him from another of his opponents own kind. He grinned with not even the lightest satisfaction of his challenger’s movement and delicacy with his sword. Infini was infact a master at sword combat and knew almost everything there was to know about them. His saber skills were rusty but he was learning. His eyes dilated with a quick drawn movement to his side and within just a few split seconds Infini thrusted to the side of the Echani and whispered in his ear. "Control yourself." Infini whispering it while in movement lifted his kneed to bend over to his back side. His right arm slightly cocked in and his left stretched to his opponents left hip. Engaging him closely would soon show the Echani that his fast movements were a simple disadvantage towards Infini. It was more or less a thing of grace and nature with the swordsmanship of the blade. Infini knew that such a warrior near him knew his skills in such an area along with himself. Infini now with a half 40 degree twist in the wrist sent the blade directly for the Echani's side from Right to left where his other arm sat at the end he watched his opponents footing and with a quick slash to the side Infini's yellow eyes sent an impassive slowness to all of the Echani’s movements. Infini gripping his blade a bit tighter now as he followed through the swing continued to thrust along the smooth grim air as the stinging frozen rain tattered with his skin. His silver hair now shining from the grey clouds above as a sudden flash of lighting came to their presence. Infini was indeed ready for anything the Echani planned t0 hit him with. His mind ran through all possible problems and certainly contained himself for a perfect gap. Infini was sure that the Echani would strike toward his left arm to avoid such a quick apprehensive move, but all in all if his didn't him would suffer a deep wound, possibly a server injury... |

In the time it took for the next raindrop to land on the platform, Cinaed had dcided that his opponent had underestimated him again. This was the second of two mistakes, both so close to the initiation of the dance. The high pitched whistle that eminated from his swinging blades rang through the air, the sword almost keeping up with the sound. In the next 0.5 seconds, the Echani had transferred his abilities with a mental flick, giving up his speed for the dexterity and agility that he knew to be so much more usefull in what he would call the Dance phase of the battle. The Echani clan called Bladedancer had been known for there use of intricate, circular moves and swings. It was common knowledge among the other Echani clans that the Bladedancer's would twist and twirl, leap and sweep, as if they enjoyed the movement of combat more than the win. They trapped there opponents instead, and only rarely did they use there last Dance. As his sword continued through with the momentum of his swing, his legs tensed as he crouched slightly. The flash of the black metal warning him. His eyes constantly on his opponent's He left his feet, diving up and over the arc of the sword's path. His right hand had left the hilt when he leapt, keenly grabbing the left wrist of his opponent. Since the wrist had been caught in the momentum of pushing forward, it would be impossible to alter it's course enough to evade the young Echani's grasp, even if his opponent could be faster. Holding his sword in his left hand, he vigourously and deflty pulled it forward, as it whistled a 'C' note into the air. And here is where the opponent had made his mistake. The unfinished arc of his blade followed path right towards his own slightly arcing sword. Even if Infini tried to stop the momentum of his sword, it would not stop until after the Echani's golden twined blades sliced through the forearm. It was all down to whether Infini was willing to call upon the force now, since natural physics put him at a loss, there were absolutely no natural oppertunities to escape unharmed. If the man tried to pull back, he would only pull the Echani in with him, which would cause the sword of the Bladedancer to slice cleanly through his left arm as opposed to the right. If he tried to go to either side, or jump, the blade would still have momentum, and thus the same effect would occur. If he tried to duck, Then his head was in the path of the Echani's blade. Trying to bring a foot up to kick would prove useless, since the Echani's forward momentum would cause the attack to be finished and the Echani to be out of the way before the kick had a chance to connect. If the man tried to drive his grasped armo forward, it would only be compensated by the arm of the Echani, and the route of his sword, and thus the arm would be cut freely. Unless his opponent was unwilling to disgrace himself by breaking their terms and using the force, it was really just a matter of what arm he wanted to keep. Cinaed knew that there was nothing worse than disgrace in battle, not even death. But still, Cinaed kind of hoped Infini would use the force, It would mean this could continue longer. besides, if his opponent broke terms, Cinaed had a world of surprises up his sleeve, or rather, grasped in his left hand. |

Green equals thought Blue equals speech. "eh, open." He said as everything went into action.... Infini following the blades of his own and his opponents simply smirked at such a variety of moves by the Echani and watching such movements made him a bit confused with the situation. Quickly regaining his footing as his left foot slid down the path in which his own sword was resisting against suddenly stopped as his wrist was caught. The gleaming glow of the black metal from his opponent’s sword came striking down towards his wrist. Infini insanely with incredible speeds with his movement of his blade left his hilt puncturing the shoulder in which his opponent’s blade was occurring a downfall of physics in which the Echani took advantage of. Doing so stunned the movement of his arm giving Infini plenty time. Countering such a seemingly un-counterable attack he simply left his elbow leaning in near his opponent’s chest knocking the air out of him with a quick compulsive strike. Infini focusing on the incoming blade from his opponent, lightly sent a two finger strike to his opponent’s wrist and gripped his wrist. Yanking it forward in the way of the Echani warriors own move. Bringing his arm back with his blade watched as the blade skimmed his forearm just after the yank it was a matter of seconds before the Echani realized his arm was paralyzed and useless. Infini stretching his elbow back with the ringing whispers of his blood thirsty blade swung swiftly with a calm motion of a twist breaking free from the warriors grip, doing so left his opponent arm still a ready to be cut. Infini's arm was now bleeding with a deep gash only hoping that the same fate would be put upon the Echani himself. Leaving both his arm and other wrist punctured for a slight second possibly caused him the match; Infini was filled with plenty of mixed talents puncturing the main veins was one. His hair slid across the wind of the brewing storm as his feet moved to the side only to send his already in motion blade towards the back of his opponent simply knowing that if any attempt of ducking or jumping would cost him his life if he decided to ignore his arm being cut off he could probably get in a decent slash to Infini right side but other then that he would simply have to be wounded in order to get out of the complex situation. Plus not to mention the fact that he had to be slightly dazed from the hard knock on his chest from Infini’s elbow.. He is strong willed and excellent with the blades of dance, he is truly a well organized opponent he knows his stuff, about time... |

OOC: I don't think it would be possible to move your hilt to my shoulder since your arm is carrying the momentum of your swing, and so evading my sword is unrealistic. I won't fuss about it, though. But even if it were possible to evade my sword like that, you've forgotten about my forward momentum, and so've left yourself open since you didn't respond to it in your post. IC: Yet before Infini would have a chance to paralyse the Echani's arm, he would take the full weight of Cinaed's lean body to his diaphram. The Echani had shown his ability to be at least an attack up on his opponent as what would amount to a tackle leveled his opponent with the full force of any athlete. SInce the hit landed upon the diaphram, he would also find himself winded. If Cinaed hadn't moved his sword out of the way, Infini would have undoubtedly been impaled. Yet, as the man was knocked to the ground, Cinaed pushed off it with his right hand, landing on his shoulders as he rolled into a standing position, brandishing his sword in his left hand as he turned around to look at his grounded opponent. His cold blue eyes glinted there malice as he turned away. "Consider yourself defeated. You bore me," Cinaed declared as he tossed up his sword, catching it in his right hand as his left was held out behind him. "Maybe when you learn what you're doing, you can try again. I'd be happy to humour you." His sheath soared to his hand, in which he twirled about his fingers before holding it before him and sliding the twin bladed sword into it with the beautiful ring of metal on metal. Holding out his right hand, he used the force in an alike manner to gather his pack, and the obsidian case his sword had protruded from. Putting the bag over his shoulder, he put his sword back in the case, walking nonchallantly away from the battlescene. Unscathed and unbruised, he had only used a portion of his ability. He hadn't even been forced to use a style in this battle, not even the weakest. It had merely been an attack both rounds. He had used but the tiniest portion of his whole ability, and he was no longer interested in bouting with a warrior who did nothing more than overestimate himself, and patronize his underestimated opponent. Fighting Infini had lost its appeal the moment he performed that rudementary backflip, since the moment his leg muscles tensed, he had been nothing more than another combat hopefull. "If you do so, yet don't show any sign of improvement, I may not be so generous as to let you live," he proclaimed in his cocky tone. Of course, the threat was shallow, but it strongly showed his passion for improvement in all things, especially battle. |
