The Round hand ended quickly and Kryce had still a long way before his next fight would be announced. He looked around the waiting area for the announcement when his eyes laid on the man whom he had just defeated. the match had ended quickly and he flet as though he did not get to pay his opponent the proper respect. Kryce headed to the large man and bowed before him in respect. There is no shame in defeat when one gave it there all. you fought with the skill and knowledge you acquired in the arenas, where as i had the skill and training of an entire people. you have only a knowledge base of what you have learned where as mine consist of millions.

Kryce removed his helmet, collapsed it, then placed it on his back. He looked up to the obviously larger man. I feat that unless you can broaden your skills beyound yourself that you will never progress further than you are. While I refuse to teach you the superior arts of my people i feel as thoguh there is much you could still learn from my guidance should you be willing. Kryce said offering something he had never done for an outsider, to train in combat.

It had been a good half hour now since the match had ended and Artorius had secluded himself to a corner away from others, not out of shame but more out of a means to find some peace and quiet to wrap his head around the match. True he had lost and rather quickly at that but then again, as the old proverb stated, "one can learn more from a loss than a win." and it would seem that his opponent felt the same. No sooner had the firerreo gotten up to lean upon the wall and continue thinking of the match did the other man appear before him.

His sleak, slender frame a clear contrast to Xero's style, the firerreo looked to the man with even more interest. Soon he began to speak and the firerreo listened intently as he could better perceive the man's force presence in the real world. Yes it would seem that his loss had even marked the man somehow for this was the first time Artorius truly ever got such words after a match and though in some ways it seemed a bit insulting, it was clear that the man was very blunt and was at least offering some assistance. Straightening himself out before the smaller man, Xero's face had a half smirk on it as he offered his right hand to the man.

"Thank you for the kind words but I have no shame in admitting I was bested by a greater warrior today and after all, do they not say that in defeat, one learns the greatest of lessons?" Xero offered as a reply; his deep tone adding to his imposing figure.

"Your proposal however does intrigue me for though we may not be able to teach one another our specific arts, we can learn from one another..." Xero continued as if thinking allowed a bit. Finally, his piercing eyes looked to the man once more.

"I humbly accept yet wonder how you wish to go about this...are we to still use our weapons or do you wish this to be some simple spar, after all I am quite a bit curious about those weapons of yours there." Xero said calmly, his tone deep yet holding a youthfulness about it for though he had been alive for eight decades now, he was still a mere child when it came to those of his race.

Kryce waved for the young man to follow. he spoke allot and mostly in questions. The two reached the desk where the simulation administrators sat. It was my knowledge that while we are here the simulation rooms are open to our leasure. is this true? he said plainly. the woman behind the terminal nodded. We have been informed that should you wish to use a simulation chamber for training when not in a match it is permitted.

The we request a training simulation. 100 foot square with 20 foot height. grey plain walls with no added detail or environment of any kind. Pain threshold maximum with no derez. deaths are to be used as re spawn removing ailments and conditions of the victim. Simulation is to end at 30 mins of my next match. any weapons allowed maximum 3. There would be no crowd this time. it would be one man against another. the woman nodded and gave them each a simcard then directed them to the chambers prepped. Kryce waisted no time. Once entering the chamber he quickly selected his weapon specifications to include 2 Light-Discs and DC-15s blaster pistol.

the chamber was exactly as he had requested. Kryce reached behind him ad retrieved the two LD's form his back and awaited his opponent to enter.

Without a word, Artorius understood and followed the other man to the registration area where his blunt words led to a training simulator being arranged for the pair. Xero only followed in what was being done, taking the simcard needed to activate his own chamber for the virtual world being programed. Minutes after strapping in and placing the familiar helmet upon his head, Xero was upon the large ring with his opponent waiting before him. Clad in the white plasteel armor he had on in the match prior with a black bodyglove underneath, Xero was ready with his own pair of dual vibro blades laced with phrik strapped to his back and his bluebolt blaster holstered to his left side, the man seemed ready himself.

Taking a deep breath, Xero drew his own pair of swords and soon took a simple stance with his lead left leg coming to the front and left while his rear leg was bent slightly, ready to propel him forward at a moment's notice. With no official and the fact that the man had drawn his own weapons, the firerreo waited for no signal and merely propelled himself forward in a straight-on charge. Hoping to close the gap quickly to perhaps take away some of the ranged capabilities of the man, Xero did not try to push himself with the force so as to prepare for a potential attack from the man; his mind try to think of the next step as potential attack patterns he had studied over the years ran through his mind.

As Xero began to close the gap, he used what the computer percieved to be a force push towards the man's upper torso to try and coax him into try to evade from above.
