What do people think about near death experiences? Do they offer any proof that our conscience lives on after death? People have often reported being reunited with loved ones who have already passed over, is this some sort of vision induced by chemical reactions in the brain or has the spirit really left the body and been allowed a glimpse of the next life? |

I believe that at the present time there is neither proof nor disproof of metaphysical phenomena. The sense that some have of contacting the afterlife, others believe to be ghosts and I believe to be contact with a universal or God consciousnes] are our individual attempts to somewhat explain something that is so far beyond our understanding that we can't even begin to grasp the mysteries of the metaphysical. These individual analogies tend to serve us well until our ego makes us believe that we have THE ANSWER. Through forums like this one, as we discuss our experiences and observations, we have an opportunity to learn from one another and come closer to realising our truth. |

I do believe there is something in Ndes. But it's somethine on-one seems to investigate much. I think this is due to fear of the unknown and people actually getting very close to the truth, about there being as they say, the light, or family and friends waiting for them, and the return back because it's not there time. |
