I don't get the bigfoot trend that's going on suddenly. There are so many of them coming out in the next couple years.

Based on the trailer, it seems like the most likely candidate to be the best of the bigfoot movies. I still just don't get why everyone decided bigfoot was so great all of a sudden.

Yeah this makes what? THREE Bigfoot films coming out this year alone? Random as hell lol. I'll probably check out the trailer soon.

I have no idea who he is. Is he a good actor?

Drawing inspiration from early Sam Raimi, Peter Jackson and “Cabin in the Woods,” “Feed the Gods” marks the second feature film from writer/director Braden Croft. When slacker/aspiring filmmaker Will (Shawn Roberts, “Resident Evil: Afterlife”) finds the parents of his adopted brother Kris (Tyler Johnston, “The Killing”), he sees the opportunity to get some closure for his brother, as well as maybe capture a heartwarming reunion on camera. With Kris’ fiancé Brit (Emily Tennant, “Jennifer’s Body”) in tow, the three of them head out to discover this long-lost family. What they are unprepared for though, is what exactly the cryptic small town has in store for them. Weird locals abound and rumors of a Bigfoot creature haunting the area at first seem silly… but things quickly escalate into a frantic, scary and action-packed nightmare with more than a few casualties along the way.

The trailer spoils more than I'd like it to, but I'll probably be watching this.

A different trailer with less spoilers. It does have some of the same stuff as the last one.

The lighting is terrible. It makes the movie almost unwatchable. Even indoor scenes are too dark. Scenes outside at night are just blackness. It is impossible to tell what is happening.

Shawn Roberts is easily the best part of the movie. He was really great in this. The writing isn't amazing, but he does his best with all of it. The tone is all over the place. In single scenes, it can swing sharply from being serious to humor. It's my favorite of this year's Bigfoot movies, but I still think it can be easily skipped. I would go in expecting a comedy. I think it would be more satisfying that way.

I finished my bigfoot-a-thon with this.

The lighting really was horrendous. I felt like I was watching Seventh Moon again! (cry) Even the opening credits were extremely hard to read.

Both of the brothers were hot. I like Shawn Roberts a lot so it was great seeing him here, even if his character was a bit too odd at times. His performance was good though. The other brother looked really familiar but I can't quite place my finger on where I've seen him. Some of the arguing between the two of them was a tad forced but for the most part I loved their relationship. Poor Britt for having to be caught in the middle of all of that bickering though.

I was scared when Will busted out a camcorder partway into it because I figured it was about the become the THIRD found footage bigfoot film of the year. Thankfully, Will must've felt my fear so he put it away. (chew)

The title itself is sort of a spoiler. I don't care for that. I also don't care for the fact that

Oh well. It was cool seeing the Sheriff from Freddy Vs Jason in this (he showed up in Leprechaun: Origins too so that's TWICE last night that I saw him in a movie! (lol) ). Some of the villains died a little too easily. I HATE that one of the leads died offscreen so randomly
Spoiler: click to toggle

The deaths were mostly good and it was bloodier than expected but it was strange that the best kills were not at the "hands" of Bigfoot.

5.5-6/10 quality, 7/10 entertainment.

I know I like this more than Exists, but I can't decide which one I like more - this or Willow Creek.
