Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

The film follows seven college students as they venture out to an abandoned farm to complete a research project. It is here, in the haunted fields surrounding the farm, where they unearth an ancient book that causes them to unwittingly summon demons.

Watched the trailer. Not sure if its inspired or is just a rip off but, its definitely very Evil Dead-ish looking.

I'm down for it. Poster has me sold. Looks like good fun.

A good triple feature I would like to do based on the theme alone is Evil Dead '13, Backmask, and this.

Sounds like a fun enough ripoff/homage/whatever. :P Like Keon said, it seems like those three would make for a pretty entertaining triple feature.

Even if it is an evil dead rip off I'd watch it but the trailer looks kind of cheap

So this was pretty much a waste of time, unfortunately. It had all the right ingredients, and I liked pretty much all the characters, but it was so damn slow in some parts, when it didnt need to be. A few of the kills were kinda cool, but eh, it was pretty much a tamer version of Evil Dead without any creepy deadites, and just wasnt.....that interesting. Not to mention most of the action happens in the last ten minutes.

Oh, and pretty funny that four of the characters are named Ashley, Linda, Cheryl, and Shelley ;) No Scottie? Lol.

Its not completely devoid of any positive qualities, but overall, its not really something that needs to be seen.
