Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Hi, first post as a noobcookie.

Any fans of anthologies?

I can't get enough of them, House that Dripped Blood, Asylum, Tales from the Crypt etc.

Anthologies are without a doubt my favourite type of film, Creepshow is a cracker. I think I have pretty much seen every anthology I can think of, recommendations please for those that slipped through?

Ooh, for the Drop of Water? I've heard so much about that one. Never actually seen it yet.

It's on You Tube but YT isn't really scary when you have kitten videos meowing "Click Me!" on the right hand side. Think I'll need to buy it.

You should check out V/H/S, The Theatre Bizarre, Terrorgram and Rock-A-Die-Baby if you haven't already. :)

If you haven't tried 'Fear Itself', I'd check that one out. 13 episodes, exceedingly good on the execution front. I'm also going to suggest 'Tales From the Darkside' on the practically non-existent chance that you haven't heard of that one. XD
