The news is already getting fired up on the upcoming 2016 President election in November of 2016! and almost everybody wants Hillary Clinton to make a run for the white house, mainly because she's a Democrat and nobody wants to see a Republican for President again, and who else will be running to the white house next year? (bullshit) (stupid)

I was watching some of it off YouTube, but I got tired of both Clinton and Trump shirking the questions asked. Talking point, talking point, talking point.

On a scale of 1-10, how headache-inducing is it? My sore throat already comes with a headache, so I want to know what I'm getting into.

Oh no.

I don't even think I'm five minutes in and I'm already mad. In a town hall debate, it really bothers me when they don't answer the questions. Ignoring the moderator is obnoxious, but it is so much worse when they aren't answering questions that average people are asking them. This has to be so huge for them, and pivoting to avoid addressing the substance of what these people want to know is disrespectful.

I have fifty minutes left and I'm in a bad mood now. I seriously fucking hate Trump. Say what you want about Hillary but at least she's a competent speaker who isn't hellbent on turning normal debates into grade school level arguments.

I was especially furious when Trump dodged the question a Muslim woman asked and twisted that bit around so he could have an excuse to rant about Islamic terrorists. Uh.

His answer to the first question was really questionable, too. The question was definitely directed more at him but switching to talking about the trade deficit and health care (obviously these are issues that weigh heavily on children's minds) was not a good approach. Ending with talking about African Americans and other minorities had me cringing. Just because she isn't white doesn't mean you need to include that in your answer.

He did that exact thing again when asked a question about "taking care of all Americans" by a black man. He instantly felt the need to start rambling about crime, murder, and inner-city chaos. (eyeroll)

I must've missed something when I watched the debate because today I've seen over two dozen gay guys posting about how much they love Trump and Pence? To add race to it, half of them are not white. Some of them are also the easily offended type who have - just months ago - accused me of being racist, sexist, homophobic, and so on.

Can someone explain this to me?

I wish. (cry) I've been trying to reduce the number of political posts I make but these people make it so hard. It's like literally overnight, the SJWs decided to vote for the very thing they've been claiming to fight against? Wtf.

Donald Trump supporters keep calling my cell phone even though this number could not possibly have belonged to a Republican for at least 15 years. I am getting so many that I'm considering changing my number. It's like I'm being stalked by the Republican Party.

Ew, that's annoying. I've been getting daily emails from Hillary's campaign staff (mass emails, sent to tons of people, I'm sure) but I don't mind. They're always sent at around the same time each day, it's always limited to just one or two each day, and I get so many emails every day that I sometimes don't even notice them. I haven't gotten any phone calls involving either, surprisingly. My mom has though which is weird since my mom, stepdad, and I are all on the same plan and she has a Georgia phone number but they know she's in Florida.

During a speech or rally or whatever tonight, Donald Trump told voters to "make sure they register so they can get out and vote on November 28th." Thanks Sabrina from one of the seasons of Survivor for pointing it out to me so I could laugh and cringe.

I am genuinely horrified that Obama is threatening Cyberwar with Russia over these wikileaks. if you don't want to be exposed for being lying assholes, then don't act like lying assholes.

I'm hoping it's a bluff, because it is simply not an even remotely acceptable course of action. It literally makes no sense to start a war over being exposed for being lying assholes (and "manipulating the election" doesn't hold any ground when the Democrats openly sabotaged and rigged Bernie out of the election without blinking an eye).

^ Yeah, that is rather dodgy. Some pretty funky statements have been made by EVERYONE. Didn't Stein randomly say Trump is a better choice than Hillary? I hope that's just a rumor. Because that'd be a tad hypocritical of her. I do think other countries shouldn't become AS involved in our election but because of the candidates and what's at stake and all of the controversy, I SO don't blame them for having their collective ears perked up and eyes focused on us. It must be kind of scary for some of the countries we already have 'issues' (to put it lightly) with. I don't think any other countries should be directly interfering though but...well...America gets all up in other countries' shit all the time so I guess now "we" get to know how it feels. (coffee) I still don't think it's wise to bait Russia and basically taunt them with war. I ALSO don't think it's wise for Trump to be acting the way he's been acting when it comes to Putin/Russia. Both parties are skeeving me out with that.

Why the FUCK are millions of women acting like voting for Trump is some big movement for feminism? Trump is the opposite of feminism. These women are morons. At first I thought the #RepealThe19th thing was total bullshit but then some people on MY friends list on Facebook and on Twitter were saying stuff about how women should lose the right to vote (I blocked them, bai) so that showed me that there are, in fact, numerous women who are so brainwashed by Trump that they'll offer up their own rights just so he's elected. So. Fucking. STUPID.

Just...stupid.
I can't even find more words to describe it...

These women are morons.
Replace "These women" with "most people" and you've got it on the button. It's the only reason at all that Donald Trump lasted longer than five minutes after announcing his candidacy. I cannot fathom how anyone, from any walk of life, could possibly, logically, rationally think this utter egotistical, orangutan-looking, blow-hard joke of a human being possibly deserves to be handed the most powerful position of authority in the most powerful country on the entire planet. You would have to be Grade-A moron to think voting for such a glaringly, shamelessly sexist, racist, self-interested tool approaches anything even remotely resembling a good idea -- and I say this knowing that some of my best friends, some of the people I am closest to and love most in the world, plan on voting for him.

To those people I say: I love you, with all my heart, but what the holy FUCK is wrong with you?

I think that's a really big understatement. I never once considered a vote for Trump as even remotely viable before that bullshit from Obama, and I still don't think it'll come to that since this is hopefully an idiotic and spineless bluff (would not be the first one Obama has made, since I am done being defensive of him after this stupid bullshit). But if Obama and Hillary ACTUALLY pursue war with Russia and Trump isn't going to... they legitimately leave me with zero choice but to vote him if I want peace. At least on a front so big and destructive. (To put this in perspective: Hillary's campaign manager was almost definitely involved in a scheme to assassinate Scalia, meaning Hillary was likely involved to, and that is still not enough for me to break my plan of not voting) I feel extremely strongly about not wanting a war with Russia and thinking that would be a worst case scenario for us.

Though as said, I hope to God it is a bluff and neither side is actually batshit insane enough to start a war over this. There is simply no basis at all. I am going to be observing this extremely closely, though.

Stein hates both, but she hates Hillary more on the basis of "Trump says horrible things, Hillary does horrible things." Don't see any hypocrisy at all, though I don't agree with her about Trump being the better candidate unless Obama and Hillary are actually stupid enough to start an actual war over Wikileaks. (Both have proven to be idiots time and again, but this is a new level of stupid that I'd have a very hard time buying) Hillary is the worse person, but her domestic policies that she'll pursue are nowhere near as regressive and horrible as those Trump is pushing

We don't even know that they have been. This Russia blaming is extremely random and has yet to be substantiated with actual proof (and in general defies logic when you actually look at it, this whole thing has been a smokescreen so media has an excuse to not talk about how bad these emails make Hillary and the DNC look) Plus, none of them have even directly interfered. All they've done is.... show what democrats are saying behind people's backs. I don't see an issue with it at all.

IDK, complimenting your enemy so the enemy doesn't hate you and is more willing to negotiate you makes some degree of sense to me, actually. I think Hilary's foreign policy is worse (not an achievement, a drunk chimpanzee could handle foreign policy better than this woman has) My biggest issue with Trump are his domestic policies, which are horrifyingly regressive in just about every single way (I think the only minority group who would fare better under him are LGBT, since he's yet to target LGBT whereas Clinton is still anti-LGBT based on these emails). Since I think Domestic policy is going to be significantly more important one looking at the next four years and how divided this country is, Clinton has the edge on lesser evil for me.... unless her foreign policy is actually bad enough that it reaches the point of starting a totally unnecessary war over this, which is simply unbeatable for me (unless someone is calling for something even crazier like genocide or totally open borders with no security)

That was started by fourchan to make Trump supporters look bad, so it is most definitely not legit (I'm sure a couple idiots signed onto it as well, but this country is divided enough without adding fake fuel to the fire). My brother even found the threads. Though I haven't seen any women arguing Trump is some amazing feminist icon, at most I've seen some point out the left is pretty much just as bad at this point (slut-shaming Melania for nude pics or how Hillary has treated rape victims) I do know some people who are voting him, and a lot of it really comes down to aligning with Stein that both are terrible and they think Hillary is the worse one.

------------

That said, all of the above is going to be completely irrelevant if wikileaks hacked Hillary's emails and has the deleted ones/the ones the FBI looked at. She can't win an election in prison (which I think is proooobably the case. Obama and Hillary wouldn't push a war with Russia over being exposed as lying assholes, but they certainly would if they were afraid of going to jail over what might leak)

I'll also note that it is 100% the Democrat's fault that Trump is even a possibility. If they hadn't sabotaged Bernie, Trump would not even have a chance at winning this election and we'd have a president who'd at least be tolerable, even if his goals were unrealistic and lofty.
