Mia Medina (Michelle Ang) has finally found the perfect subject for her PhD thesis film on Alzheimer’s Disease. For the next several months, cameras will record the everyday life of mother Deborah Logan (Jill Larson) and her daughter, Sarah (Anne Ramsay). But as the days progress, strange things begin to happen around Deborah that are not consistent with any findings about Alzheimer’s. It becomes apparent that there’s something besides Alzheimer’s that has taken control of Deborah’s life. It’s an evil that is far worse than the debilitating disease with which she was first diagnosed.

Ehh, not sure how I feel. I'll judge when a trailer comes out.

This sounds pretty interesting. Hurrah for it not being a 14-20 year old girl possessed like it always is in all these other exorcism/demon films! That alone has me wanting to see this.

I'd want to see the trailer first, but Alzheimer’s Disease is already pretty scary. I think I might be interested in this.

It's mostly the poster that I'm not so sure about. For being from the producer of X-Men and Trick 'r Treat, it looks very cheap.

Trailer

I'm not a fan of the messed-up take gimmick in the trailer, so I wasn't thrilled when it opened with one of those. The rest of the trailer was great, though. I definitely want to watch this now.

"He's gonna wash me in the river..."

*SHRIEKS*

Oh...hell no. (shock) This actually looks pretty jolting going by the trailer. Hopefully it wasn't totally highlight-filled (as in; shows all the juicy bits) and that it's as good as it looks. I like that it seems a bit bloody. They were pretty accurate with how Deborah looks.

I'll have to see if it's being shown here. :) If not I'll just rent it.

I already went ahead and saved it to my Netflix DVD queue. If it gets really good reviews, I don't know if I'll be able to wait that long. I'm pretty excited about this.

Same here. I keep forgetting about Annabelle and focusing on this instead lol. It's a shame it's only limited though, but oh well.

I keep completely forgetting about Annabelle. The Conjuring 2 might have been able to compete for my attention, but I can't manage to get really excited about Annabelle. I think I'll probably go for Gone Girl first.

The story has a lot of potential to be a real emotional punch to the gut, which I think was the first thing that hooked me. It definitely helps that the trailer was actually really exciting and a little scary. It also reassured me that the poster is probably just undeservedly bad.

The trailer for this? Yeah. I have a feeling Deborah is going to die which is depressing. Just showed the trailer to robby a half hour ago and he said it looks great.

Yeah that's weird. I had no idea it was coming out this soon.

Also, on Netflix it says this is a 2015 release. O_o

*Turns out they accidentally released it early*

It does seem like it could be an accident. I don't think it's that great of a plan to put it on Netflix before it's out in any of the formats that involve paying for it.

I was just about to say Netflix put this out already. If anyone sees this sick puppy, give us a review while it's around.

Yay, hopefully its good<3.

I'm to be watching it on Monday or Tuesday. I hope Netflix keeps it (not sure HOW they might've accidentally released something; have they done that before?) but I also want this to do well on DVD and if its given a limited release in theaters - if its good, that is.
