Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Deliver Us from Evil

It's not a bad title, if there wasn't already a well-known documentary about a priest that molested kids with the same name.

American Mary.

I know its a play on American Psycho, but come on. The character and setting is Canadian.

^ Lol, yikes! I never thought of that.

Some movies like Madman and Maniac have such plain (but still effective) titles that people who have not seen them might overlook them because the titles aren't THAT attention getting.

I couldn't give a shit about a title if you paid me to. They're horror films, I'm watching them regardless of what the title is and really have no way of knowing what's a bad title or not. It's kinda like acting quality for me: I never learned how to judge it growing up and have spent so long enjoying movies without bothering with that area it's become a feeling of 'so what'.
Do illiterate people get the full effect of alphabet soup?

Some people are like slinkies: not good for anything, but you can't help but laugh when one falls down the stairs.

I will remember this moment the next time I consider attending one of your pity parties. ;)

I thought Teeth was decent. I'm not crazy about the script, but there were some good ideas and a talented cast.
