Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

The poster looks like an album cover for a gothic rock bank from the mid 2000s. :P

Or like a Hot Topic model.

Release bump

Blame the recent issues with the search function for the delay.

I want to watch this, but I still can't get over how 2006-goth-teen the chick on the poster is.

Looks like a girl I would've tried to date in 9th grade.

She looks completely ridiculous in stills, which is one of the biggest reasons that I want to see this.

Ridiculous goth chicks with probable supernatural powers and no real acting talents are totally my thang.

I thought the cast was fine in other stuff that I've seen, but I'm a little curious how it will work if this ends up being a romance between the lead guy and Sleeping Beauty. I watched a lot of ABC Family seven years ago. She only looks a year or two older then when they had her unrealistically playing a 13 year old, and he looks reasonably older than when he was unrealistically (but dreamily) playing a high school student.

It was okayish I guess. Kind of predictable and TV moviesh but I also thought it had some cool effects although the ending left me wanting more.

This wasn't terrible. I do think it's kind of interesting that they tried to play to the young adult paranormal crowd and horror fans in the same movie. There was some good horror imagery, which I wasn't expecting. I liked the look of it a lot more than I thought I would based on the stills that I saw when putting the thread together. The lead guy is Gregory Peck's grandson, so I think he's really handsome and I guess that's a plus.
