![]() The titular medallion is a gift presented to young Nicole Elmi. Once the girl places the gift around her neck, she is possessed by the spirit of a dead child who was a murderess. |

I saw this once ages ago. I didn't like it very much. SteelersFan wanted to watch it, and I thought it might be a good idea to give it another shot. I probably wasn't in the right mood the first time. I still don't love it, but I like it more the second time. It is always nice to see Nicoletta Elmi. The cinematography is great. It's still a little boring. There's some creepy moments, but there aren't as many as I would like it to have. It doesn't balance out all the time spent looking at scenery. The characters are very developed. The score doesn't work for me. It is one that I could see other people liking, but the bad moments stuck with me too much. It reminds me a lot of Don't Look Now but less effective. It definitely isn't anywhere near being all that bad among the other knockoffs of The Exorcist. |

This sounds rather silly, but definitely entertaining enough. The poster just screams that era of horror. |
