Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

The story begins on Louis Drax's 9th birthday, when a lifetime of curious mishaps culminates in the boy's near-fatal fall. Desperate to reveal the strange circumstances behind the young boy's accident and dark coincidences that have plagued his entire life, Dr. Allan Pascal (Dornan) is drawn into a thrilling mystery that explores the nature of the sixth sense, testing the boundaries of fantasy and reality.

This is Alexandre Aja's chance to comeback after falling off Horns and Maniac. Out of the 2000s horror directors he seemed to have fell off the most.

Okay yeah this definitely wasn't Alexandre Aja's comeback film. It wasn't well recieved critcally, financially, and worst of all no one seemed to care that it was released this past weekend!

I didn't even know about this one. Totally passed me by and I don't think I heard...much about it from anybody. (wary)

I liked Horns a lot. Not a perfect film though. Maniac was amazing, I thought.
