August 5th. I liked Jeruzalem, another Google Glass/POV film, and the killer kids in this look interesting. The director makes me question it though. |

Watching this now and I'm really liking it. Surprisingly pretty, great use of color, the three leads are likable, and the music is perfect. |

I'm really liking how colorful this is. It makes it a little more believable that people would be able to live in this kind of environment that are used to the outside world. |

I was enjoying it quite a bit until the ending. I liked the three lead characters. It was probably very good for the budget, but having the set design be spare and inexpensive added a layer of realism. I loved how colorful the augmented reality was. It made it seem more believable that someone could live like this without going nuts. The pacing was definitely weird, but I mostly didn't mind it. The final act begins very abruptly, because the story doesn't really have a middle. It wasn't jarring until the end. The ending was overly ambiguous. It wasn't intentional enough to be satisfying. |
