Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

A pair of teenage girls are headed to a rock concert for one's birthday. While trying to score marijuana in the city, the girls are kidnapped by a gang of psychotic convicts.

I'm easily the member who has seen the least here. Easily. I didn't watch them growing up. Had a stint in high school then pretty much ignored the genre until pretty recently. My 30s, anyway.

It's between you and marvin who seen the least. I'd pick marvin since he only watches them if I see them with him which is rare.

The irony is the random 70s horror flicks I've seen that people here haven't.

This was way better than I expected it to be and I figured it would at the very least be decent, even if it was hyped a lot.

The marketing for this film is scarier than the film itself. Really I found it amateurish and silly, and not the least bit disturbing.

Now the new version... that's how it should have been.

I totally disagree.

The scenes where

were both very effective, IMO. Not to mention, that was 1972.

I'd like to discuss this further with some, the film as a whole I mean... not what I'm about to say. I want to point this out though.

Phyllis was a badass. I really appreciated her character. Granted, she kind of got them in the whole the mess but

I found the acting and script so poor that I could not take any of it seriously.

Script isn't bad and the acting was great too.

Watching this movie, makes me afraid of being in that situation. I can never just go to some dudes house, if i want to buy drugs, give it to me outside in some envelope or some shit.

Small town, at least you might know everyone or at least hear rumors about one another so you might be warned about them.

Indeed, my friend.

Then again.. it's your "friend" who can get close enough to cut you.

My countless stolen dvds (found some at pawn shops though lol) know that all too well.

I think being in a city is like Russian roulette with bad or good people.
