Why did you just spoil yourself dude? That's the centerpiece of the film and is meant to be a total shock. Smh. Now I know not to say my thoughts after all.

Almost finished with my rewatch. I totally love the cast here. The laundry staff girls are all pretty likeable despite some shaky acting here and there, the deaths (far too few though) are pretty good, especially the first which was still a shock (but ruined by Robert Englund's - who I usually LOVE - over-the-top acting in the scene). The score was a bit repetitive and of course...it took place in Maine. It was great seeing Ted Levine and Robert Englund at eachother's throats and the machine itself was fucking SCARY! Lol. Not a great film by any means, but well shot, entertaining, and even though it often goes large chunks without much happening other than dialogue scenes, it doesn't really get boring. 7/10

I liked this movie better on second viewing. I didn't like it at all first time I saw it. Robert Englund is awesome of course, and his character with the leg braces and all is interesting. It's not a classic by any means, but it is compared to the sequels. Lol.

I don't like the ending, but it's pretty decent. As decent as a film about a possessed laundry folding machine can be.

For someone who's heard of it, but never seen it, and have only read the short story by Stephen King, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I found it to be rather good, though I did wince quite a lot at certain moments. My jaw dropped when

Great to see Robert Englund in this.

The ending wasn't too bad.

I thought the movie translated better than the book, to be honest.
