A group of bikers, which includes some of the survivors from the original film, embark on a journey by bus to a biker race near the desert of the infamous incidents. However, because of a mistake they are late and decide to take a shortcut through the desert. Halfway through the desert the bus breaks down. While trying to repair the bus, some of the group wander off, and wind up in the traps of the survivors of the mutant family of the first. Then the mutants go after the rest...

I liked it more than the remake sequel, but it still isn't that great.

I remember bits and pieces of this sequel--I like how we go from bikers to a military troop in the remake. But I still think it's a solid sequel and horror film. They tear those bikers up in this film! At least as far as I remember, it's maybe been 10 years or more since I've seen this.

I actually like it. A lot of people trash it, but I like it. I like all the movies.

This was okay. I wanted to like it more than i did. I did love that the music made me feel like i was watching Friday the 13th though. Lol @ the dog having a flashback. I loved seeing Kevin Spirtas, hes hot :P

I got this on DVD. It's okay. Just okay. Not as good as the original or remake. This has nothing to do with the remake's sequel, but frankly this is one of thosovies that probably could use a remake of its own. I think there's some neat ideas here.

Ruby comes back, and is apparently dating Billy from the original. Billy only has a cameo, and is still traumatised by the events of the original. The movie is like SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT 2, it reuses a lot of old footage from the original in flashbacks, including the famous dog flashback.

I liked the actors and the characters were decent. I was hoping for more gore since this was a sequel but it didn't have much grit or grime which left me disappointed. Pretty decent flick though!

Beast is a bad-ass. He deserves a flashback way more than Bobby. If they hadn't trapped him in the bus, there wouldn't have been a movie, unless he felt like torturing the bad guys before finishing them off.

I don't think I made a mistake not bothering to watch this one until now. I skipped the flashbacks, and I was still bored. The characters were likable enough. The score was great. Kevin Spirtas was cuter here than in Friday the 13th. It was just kind of dull.

I've seen the remake, not the orginal.

You should see all four at some point. This is my least favorite of the bunch, easily. Its better to think of it as a random slasher spinoff than a welldone sequel. The tone is different, kills are different, character types are different, etc.
