Divorcee Susan Jeremy goes to a local Los Angeles county hospital for a routine exam and through a series of circumstances finds herself stranded there while a maniac, dressed in a doctor's surgical mask and clothing, goes around killing all the staff are assoicated with her. Could it be posibly the psycho Harold whom killed a friend of Susan's on Valentine's Day 19 years earlier? If so, who is it since Susan has not seen Harold for all that time and there's no telling who he has grown up to look like.

This was decent. After Chopping Mall I guess I should've went in with low expectations LOL. What I loved about Chopping Mall was how it didn't waste time getting down to business, it moved along at a nice brisk pace. Hospital Massacre on the other hand does the opposite and while I'm all for a good slow burn and build up, there were some scenes here that went on and on and on and they didn't need too. The examination for example was waaay too long. Yes, I understand the scene was supposed to please the T/A crowd but meh they dragged it too much. Other than being draggy and uber slow in some parts, this was a decent slasher, the kills were great, the killer was somewhat imposing, and I liked The Omen-esque score. And I loved the fall from the rooftop! That was great. (yes)

Not anything spectacular but it's decent. I think with a faster pace it would've been golden. 5/10

I wish this wasn't being released as a double feature with something else :/ I also wish they would've kept the Hospital Massacre title, for the upcoming release.

Agreed J. Tis a shame. :( Are we at least getting some good special features for this though? If so, then it'll still be well worth the purchase.

I don't know why they changed the name to X-Ray.

Well that's its alternate title, but I just prefer Hospital Massacre, even if its a little generic sounding lol.

X-ray sounds boring.
I mean, its an OK title. But Hospital Massacre is way better. Even its super cheesy sounding third alternate title 'Be My Valentine...Or Else' is better. I think a lot of people don't realize this is a valentines themed slasher.

Well to be fair the film didn't really force the V-Day theme on us like most V-Day slashers. I still wish they'd done a bit more with that though.

Hospital Massacre > Be My Valentine > X-Ray > Be My Valentine...Or Else

Oh I know, im just saying I notice a lot of people leave this out when listing holiday themed slashers.

I'd like to think I've seen this on Youtube somewhere, but I'm probably wrong.

Speaking of titles, why does it feel like movies from the 80s had a problem of making an alternate title sound like the tagline? "Be My Valentine...Or Else"...it's like the alternate title for Video Violence :/.

I remember renting this when I was a kid, but other than the opening, I don't remember anything. It got lost in the shuffle of all the horror movies we rented back then. It will be like new to me. Sounds like something I will like and I love a good hospital set slasher.
