sounds so scary to me because it's more then one killer. Wonder how people defend themselves in this movie.

This movie was really good but it's extremely hard to find. Worth the search.

Is it on Youtube yet? I'd buy the DVD but money is short at the moment and I can only spend like...five bucks at a time (comic books ftw!). Chances are that I'll buy it anyway at some point, even if I don't like it all that much the first time around. (thumbsup)

Still haven't seen this unfortunately. :/

I wonder how many people get killed in this. Going by the description, it seems like it'll just be in the single digits, which I'm fine with as long as the pacing still works.

This. Was. Fucking. Awesome. :D

It had a mostly thin plot but had a very effective score and atmosphere and great suspense especially during the 'bed scene' and when Toni was walking toward the window while chaos was ensuing. Two great jump scares there. Byron was by far the scariest villain and I loved his line delivery. "Fatty" was pretty intimidating and strong as hell. This has a surprisingly high bodycount. I expected five or six kills at most, but it more than doubled that. Very good blend of slasher, psychological, and home invasion aspects. The 'twist' involving

wasn't at all surprising, but the reveal was great. The scene involving the rapist being

was pretty tense and made me a bit uncomfortable. Good thing the film didn't go that route like I thought it would since well...this movie DID have some guts to it. (lol) Great teamwork on the family's part. The "chop" song at the club annoyed me but then it grew on me, it was weird that a power outage

Well worth the wait though, my complaints don't stop it from being a solid 8/10, I definitely recommend the hell out of this, and even though I had seen some clips in documentaries it was still very fresh, VERY entertaining, and a bit surprising. I just wish the ending hadn't been so safe and convenient but oh well.

I really couldn't get into this one. Fun cast, though.

Sucks that you didn't enjoy it much. I wish Donald Pleasance's role had been at least a little bit better, but I guess its better than it could've been (a two minute cameo with top billing). :p

This was...okay. Not too great, not bad either. Like BF said, there were a few pretty intense and suspenseful scenes but aside from that and the cast it didn't have much going for it.

Really great movie! The scene with the daughter freaked me out too but I didn't see the twist coming. This movie really built up to the its' great climax and had some excellent kills. Also, Donald Pleasance! (Even if he was only in it for two minutes LOL) 8/10

I forgot how genuinely good this one is! The last 15 minutes are perfect. And Toni's hallucination is one of the best jumpscares I've seen in an 80s slasher.
