I'm a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan, though work hasn't allowed me to see too many games yet this season. Any baseball fans here? Who do you cheer for? |

Unfortunately, no. My entire Mom's side of the family are all huge Cards fans though, as they all reside from Carbondale, Illinois. |

My dad's a big-time Yankees fan, some of which rubbed off on me. Now that he lives in Florida, he's also a fan of the Fort Myers Miracle minor-league team. We also get spring training down here, but the only team in my area is the Washington Nationals in Viera. Dad has the Minnesota Twins and (shudder) the Red Sox where he lives. |

I used to watch MLB all the time, but since the channel that ran the games doesn't anymore now I don't. I really loved it and enjoyed the feeling of the atmosphere from the stadiums when the sun is going down. (I get the same warm feeling during outdoor Wrestemanias where you can see the sun going down, that lovely twilight time of night.) Anywhos I would say my team is/was the Detroit Tigers, but I used to watch any games I could. Damn I really miss it. |

I live in New York. I'm not particularly a Mets or Yankees fan, so I get a lot of crap for that. And it's been kind of difficult for me to pay mind to baseball in recent years, now that I'm a bonafied football fan. |

Even though I don't live there now, I was born & bred from NYC. The Yankees are pretty much in my blood even if the majority of my family are Mets fans. |

Your only real NL competition is the D'Backs, and they're probably gonna flop after the All-Star Break. |

Oh I think the D-Backs will stick around. Also don't count out the Reds. Awfully tough squad. The Cardinals have won 14 of their last 18, and the Reds pretty much matched them. |

I was going to mention the Toronto Blue Jays, but I'm probably gonna get a deluge of baseballs thrown at me... |

I cannot get into baseball. There is a game practically every day. I like watching baseball if I'm actually there, but watching baseball on television bores me. |

I remember my dad got tickets to a Mets game against the *deep breath* Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (wow, that's a clunky name) that went into extra innings. We had to leave early because the game was running past midnight. We were listening to the radio station covering the game, and just as we were pulling out of the parking lot at Shea Stadium, the Mets win it with a home run. We could hear the crowd at Shea from our car. The both of us immediately regretted leaving early. Yeah, baseball is definitely a game that works better when you're watching it live, or even listening to it on the radio (the sport first took off back before television was a thing, but everybody had a radio set). They've gotten better at showing games on TV, but it's no replacement. Anyway, I live in Fort Lauderdale now, which means that, unfortunately, my local team is the joke known as the Miami Marlins. They of the garish ballpark (that Dade County taxpayers footed 80% of the bill for) and the revolving door of managers. And for spring training or minor league games, I have to head all the way out to Jupiter or Fort Myers. Yeah, South Florida sucks for a baseball fan. |

I live in New York, and I'm a Mets fan. Although, I'm not really that fond with them because they aren't doing well in this year's season. |

I use to love baseball as a kid. I played recreation baseball leagues from ages 6 through 14. Made all stars my 14 yr old age league. I played varsity baseball in highschool my freshman year and we were Region 2AA champs and made it all the way to class AA state championship game but lost 3-2 to Robert Toombs Christian Academy. I quit baseball after that. My all time fave pro team was Atlanta Braves. Watched them all the time back in the 90's when they were good but then all together quit watching baseball over 10 years ago. |

The only baseball I watch is Cincinnati Reds. But they're sucking this year. Never should have gotten rid of Dusty Baker. |
