Dumb Blonde Posts: 641 Group: Members Member #32 Joined: Apr 14, 2013 Favorite Horror Films TCM, Hills Have Eyes, Most Any Slasher	complete the sentence with a movie in which you think the Final Girl should have died. Don't know if this makes sense or not because she was the ONLY girl, but Lindsay Lohan's character(s) should have died in "I Know Who Killed Me". Would have liked to have seen Linds defeat the villain, only to be fatally injured and die on her doppleganger's grave. Also in a twist on the series, I would have liked to have seen Nancy realize in the end of NOES 2010 that she was actually still trapped in Freddy's dreamworld, and have Freddy end the film standing over her triumphantly, knived hand headed toward her. Fade to Black. Nancy screams. Roll credits. In what other films do you think the "Final Girl" should have died?

Have Jason kill Trish and then have Tommy lose it and hack him to pieces. Killing Trish would not only help with Tommy's psychological break but also seve as an explanation as to why she never returned in 5 and 6. Seriously, I still wonder what happened to her after all these years.

Another example is House On Haunted Hill (1999). While I loved Ali's character, it would've been startling to have her die instead of Mr. Price, allowing Mr. Price and Eddie to be the two survivors. Pulling a Deep Blue Sea with it would've been fantastic. Still though, I'm satisfied with HOHH overall so don't take that as judgement.

But as the way it is now Jill stabbing Sid and her dying without a fight is extremely weak to me.

Especially with all of sidney's friends all get along with Jill now. Maybe it should've ended right after Dewey finds out Jill is the killer when Gale mentions how she knows her wound. But a better ending should be sidney fighting till her death while Jill dies. Or Sidney gets killed and her friends kill jill. I think De silva from childs play 3 should've died. she sucked ass.

Would not have been satisfying otherwise. It would have provided closure for a series that, for my money, went one movie too far.

Imo, Scream 2 was the best ending of the series of the ones we've gotten. Dawn Of The Dead (2004) = Spoiler: click to toggle Ana should've died when Spoiler: click to toggle Norma died. It would've been shocking for her to only have made it to the final 12 or so.

Yes I know her backstory and family history is PIVOTAL in the sequels but pretending they don't exist for the moment I really think it would have been great if Marybeth was killed toward the end and my girl Jenna ended up living instead. I loved Jenna so much.

Anyways: Cold Prey Spoiler: click to toggle Douchey jock guy (Mikal?) lives over bland main girl. Minus that last second excuse to kill him where they toss his character development out a window... Now, I don't think Sidney should have died, to be honest. In any of the entries. I do feel Dewey should have though. In 3 at least. Alex should have died in Final Destination, leaving both Clear and Carter alive at the end Maybe Alice should have died at the end of Dream Child
