This is a 1981 slasher movie that I never knew existed until I watched it for the first time last year. The plot is basic (an escaped mental patient terrorizes a family and their friends on Thanksgiving), the bodycount is average, the deaths are decent, and the acting ranges from okay to sucky. Overall, it was really entertaining and I liked it alot. I may actually get it on DVD....as soon as the DVD price is UNDER $40...

I may or may not be rewatching this week. I want to but at the same time I don't want to. The annoying characters...the looped screaming...ohdeargod, I'm dreading it. (lol)

This film sucked. All the characters were annoying and unlikable. The kills were okay though but wow it was boring too.
"She's so latin!" ughh I can't believe the most annoying people lasted that long. I don't see what's fun about this film.

Is anyone watching this on Thanksgiving this year? I might. I think Xfinity had it one year in their free horror section around this time.

Can't you see it? The effects of cinema violence on society?

I definitely am. (thumbsup) For some reason, when I watch this I'm always tempted to watch Don't Go In The Woods (1981) right after it, lol.

That's strange.

Hmm, we should all get together one year to watch this on Thanksgiving in costume. We'll need someone to be Jay, Mistake and the guy who never stopped asking where the peas were.

Watch it drunk lol. It's better that way.

And count how many times the screams are repeated at the end!

Decided to watch this tonight instead of Scream For Help (I'll save that for when I'm sober). Can't believe this will be my 3rd/4th time watching this mess. (lol)

15 minutes in. My GOD, 'Mistake' is so fucking annoying.

And the dialogue is absolutely brilliant! Gems such as "God, you're so horny!" and "Rock and roll for evah!" and "She's so Latin!" and "Who is THIS lovely bitch?!" and "IM GONNA KILL MYSELF!" and "maybe I can slip some arsenic in hi soup :) " and "She's hot, really hot, a JALAPENO! :D" simply can't be overlooked! ^_^

Gotta love when a movie goes so long without kills that you actually forget that there's a killer involved in the plot at all. I actually kind of preferred Maria? and Mistake over the other characters.

When it was over, I did think that maybe I would make gifs next time, so I guess I am already planning on watching it again.
