Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

The spirit of a long-dead warrior possesses the body of an Indian medicine man and turns him into a homicidal maniac.

Thoughts:

For the most part, this was a pretty well done and suspenseful little slasher film. Sure, it's extremely simple with it's concept but is far from bainless and the dialogue actually managed to keep me even more interested than the kills. Kay was a pretty good lead and the killer was effective as well. The deaths, while not plentiful, were harsh enough to keep me satisfied and the same goes for the museum chase and several of the characters. My MAIN complaint is the quality of the Youtube upload. Some scenes are so dark that you can hardly tell what's happening. Still though, that's not the fault of the film or its creators. Just a sad example of how time isn't all that kind to VHS transfers and prints. :p Overall, this is certainly worth a watch and I have a feeling I'd like it even more if it'd had at least one of two more deaths. 7.5-8/10 :)

Don't remember this one, but the plot seems decent enough. Not sure about the poster though.

The knife and the dude's neck look like they form a messed up smiley face. X_X

Yeah. This could do with a better poster/cover LOL.

This wasnt bad. I didnt completely love it though. I liked the desert setting, and i liked Kay, the lead girl, but i had a hard time staying interested. It might have been cause the night scenes were so dark though, cause the story wasnt bad at all. A few creepy scenes, and a few decent kills, but other than that it was nothing id need to see again. I did love the chase through the museum, and the ending scene though.
