Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

So I take it it's not a basic slasher? :P Count me in as long as it's not terrible.

I cant say its NOT bad, but its entertaining. A lot of stuff was a little confusing, but basically these sorority girls are spending the night in an abandoned brothel, and theres some ghosts involved, a transvestite, as well as someone killing them obviously :P

Watched this a couple nights ago and it was definitely WAY better than expected. Sure, its cheesy. Sure, some characters were undeveloped (though most stood out in some ways and my boyfriend nicknamed them all based on their appearance or personality with examples being "candy corn, rainbow, traffic cone, bitch" and "Velma") BUT it had a couple of pretty good kills, the structure was perfect (love these simple sorority slashers like I love my family, honestly) and the pacing never slowed down too much. I usually don't like weird supernatural elements in my simple slasher flicks but the visions, apparitions, and so on actually worked here and made it better, surprisingly. I actually wish we'd gotten more images. It would've been cool to see more of the girls have visions or see things that somehow related to them. Instead, only a couple of girls got that. I was pretty surprised by the death order. ALL THREE of my suspected final girls died, which sucked since they were my three favorites and I wanted at least one or two to make it. The bodycount was perfect for this, but I DID get a *little* impatient, waiting for kills during the second act lol. My favorite character was easily the lesbian girl<3. Forgive me for not remembering her name XD. Overall this was around a 7/10 for me. VERY enjoyable and deserves a bit more recognition. :)

I liked the bitchy blonde one, the one that set up the traps, and the one that went for help <3

Yay for there being a Joe Bob Briggs commentary, trailers, and interview with the director. That's more than I expected this to have lol.

Rewatched this last night and the chase scene where you can only see the killers white gown in the woods is actually kind of creepy (wary)
