"Worst" meaning "Did he/she really just shrug off that death? Wow..." For me: BLOOD SURF: When the blonde chick was all "Couldn't have happened to a better person :D " in response to someone being eaten in front of her. Really?!

Hallow's Eve: A bunch of kids (or maybe teens, because the movie doesn't make much sense about how old these people are supposed to be) chase a girl into a road where she's hit by a hay ride. She didn't die, but they didn't know that she wasn't dead. Almost everyone just stands there. Only like a couple people are really freaking out.
