"Worst" meaning "Did he/she really just shrug off that death? Wow..." For me: BLOOD SURF: When the blonde chick was all "Couldn't have happened to a better person :D " in response to someone being eaten in front of her. Really?!

Everyone but the dog in The Hills Have Eyes II was really unconcerned about everything, including people dying.

Extras probably shouldn't count, but she was right in the middle of the screen. The woman in The Final Destination that has a big smile on her face right as a flaming tire takes off someone's head and she has to run away from other flaming car bits. It really bothers me.

My grandmother seriously objected to those little kids running away from the priest in Annabelle. She's one of those people that are really mellow unless something sets her off, but that really annoyed her. We had to pause the movie while she made sure everyone (in a group of people where the youngest was 21) knew to either stay out of the way or contact emergency services.

This isn't the dumbest thing the characters in The Sadist did, but it didn't even occur to them that they could get their friend medical attention instead of moving directly to avenging his death before he has actually died.
