Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Which release was the best when it comes to the features?

Note: Disregard how you feel about certain films in the series. Just focus on the features that came with them (yes)

Out of print TCM 4 Lions Gate DVD with the chainsaw lipstick cover. No special features, but since this is the uncut version, I thought I'd mention it. I prefer my TCM 2 Gruesome Edition, but I am glad I was able to find this copy of TCM 4 at my local Canadian wal-mart for super cheap.
That's odd. O_O I have the lipstick cover but it doesn't have the extra scene of Jenny, her stepfather, and so on.
Came out probably in the 1990's, and in Canada, but not the US. I'm not sure about other countries.

How recent is your DVD? I know of the lipstick cover, and the one with Matthew and Renee on the cover. I always assumed the latter was the cut version.

Mine has the cover with the lips, chainsaw lipstick, red painted nails, and has Leatherface in drag on the back. No uncut version though. :P

The other version I have just has Jenny and Vilmer on the cover with various shots on the back. Also not uncut.

I wish I'd waited to make this since I'm watching the 97 minutes of new interviews/featurettes for the original right now (and later this week before rewatching the series I'll be listening to the two new commentaries) and so far it is by far the best DVD release of the series. (thumbsup)

Just finished 'Off The Hook With Teri McMinn'; it was great hearing her thoughts<3.
