Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

A television holds within its box a terrifying secret in this horror movie that is laced with dark humor and chills. Late at night, the people who appear on the screen come to life as cannibalistic zombies. Two teens, Zoe and Jeff Blair are the first to discover this when they arrive to a new house before their parents and find the demonic idiot box in the attic. They take it downstairs, plug it in, and later end up fighting for their lives with the hungry apparitions.

Wow . . . talk about a blast from the past. This was one of the first movies I ever rented on my own (on VHS -- yeah, I'm showing my age) back in the day. Sleazy as hell . . . loved it!

I believe Scream Factory is re-releasing this one. I've never seen it, but I am interested!

Watched this yesterday. It's On Demand. Awful acting. Awful direction. Awful everything....I liked it! Lol. The zombie make-up is good. Not too much in the way of gore or memorable kills (the budget must of been entirely spent on the zombie make-up), but there is a likability to it. It is bad, but in a good way.

Cheesy as fuck and a gore party.

It might become a guilty pleasure by the end of the year.

Awesome poster. Sounds like cheesy fun(:
If you have Xfinity, I see it coming back soon. If not; try Youtube or Netflix.

It's a cheesy clusterfuck and it's so beautiful.

I'm really tempted to buy the newer BluRay.

Ok, but could've been better imo. It has an interesting premise, but fails with poor acting, unimpressive make-up and dumb humor. I'd only watch this 80's cheesefest maybe once if you're into zombie flicks.
