Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

On tour through Sweden, the all-girl rock 'n' roll band "Rock Cats" suddenly find themselves trapped in no-man's land when their tour-bus breaks down. Soon they get to meet "the Bleeder", an insane beast of a man whose sole interest is to kill them all off, one by one. The hunt is on...

This is up on Youtube. You have to enable the subtitles though.

Gurl, I don't watch a movie to READ what they're saying (coffee)

But with that said, I'm about 90% sure the dialogue isn't going to be that spectacular/important with something like this, so if I miss some of it, it's okay (lol)

This movie is a hot ass mess (lol) It was obviously trying to be Sweden's answer to Halloween/TCM/F13 all wrapped up in one little poorly done package.

The killer flicks his tongue, and breathes like he's a panting dog at times, and I'm not exactly sure if they were trying to be funny with that or disturbing, so I'll just leave it at that lol.

There's close to NO blood, every kill is offscreen, everyone is basically interchangeable, the acting is non-existent, everything is a mess, but the bad 80's fashion, and surprisingly funny (intentional and unintentional) dialogue between the band members keeps it from being boring or a complete chore to sit through.

"The camera would still work, if you hadn't shown your ass (coffee) "

Basically it's a bottom of the barrel 80's slasher in every way, but it's not dull like Blood Lake or Sledgehammer. Unfortunately, the lack of gore or fun kills keeps it from being a highly rewatchable guilty pleasure like Houseboat Horror or Lunch Meat though. I'd place it right in the middle, so I guess it would be considered 'mediocre' if we're JUST talking about the low-tier zero budget slashers of the 80's.

Watch it once, but only for the ridiculousness of it.

Oh lord. Can't say I'm surprised! (lol) I'll definitely be watching this piece of hot garbage before the end of the month. I won't make Robby sit through it though.

Yeah, definitely don't show it to him lol. Chances are you'll be mildly entertained by it, like I was, but once is definitely enough (guillotine)
