Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Although I like Seed more than I like 3, I think Chucky is much more effective in 3.

Three was my favorite of the franchise. Will probably always be.

Seed killed the franchise.

Seed is my favorite in the series, but yes. I'll agree that Chucky was at his least effective there... He was actually kind of outshined by Tiffany in it, and maybe even outshined by Glen, and most certainly by the fucking INSANITY that is Glenda.

Seed. I don't think he was too effective in Curse either if I'm going to be honest. He looked really weird there.

He looked like Bryce Dallas Howard in Curse.

His one liners were really lame in Curse. Though Seed is a valid choice as well... Especially because of the worst film character ever made being his son/daughter

Puppy, just because there's no evidence she killed her aunt doesn't make her dating material.

So I take it we're all in agreement with Seed then.

I'm still torn between that and Curse. Neither was a shining hour for him

Yeah seed was ridiculous! It was more of a poorly formed comedy as opposed to a typical Chucky slasher flick. Sure he was PO'd 90% of the time but he was more like a redneck wife beater than a cold blooded killer! lol

And I do see what Repo was saying about Cursed, but at least in curse they try to bring back the creep factor he once had.

The movie itself is definitely trying to be creepy... but Chucky himself is spewing out lame one-liners that actually make some of his Curse ones look good (well, SOME of his Curse ones) and is kind of a joke all film. I thought that movie's tone was extremely bipolar

I'm still leaning towards Seed, especially for that abomination known as Glen(da) having Chucky ties
