Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Scream 2. I loved it in theaters the first time and would love it again.

Scream, or a day where you could watch the first 3, as I was too young to see them in theatres.

Lol way to rub it in our faces Keon, gawd! ;)

They need to re-release the first two so I can cleanse myself of the fact that I've only seen the fourth in theaters.

And yes, a double feature of the first two would be amazing. (yes)

Dimension was thinking about re-releasing Scream during the time of the re-release of Halloween. I hope they do.

In the UK you can't take kids into horror films, we have 12A so kids a little under 12 can get in with a parent/guardian but they usually ask for ID. (I'm still asked for ID when going to an 18 rating.)

I don't want kids in movies with me when they shouldn't be, they are noisy and annoying. Geez to be fair even seeing a 15 horror is annoying in the theatre because of all the teenagers with no sense of the people around them.

Show kids horror films in the home, don't bring them out for the night.

I would love to be able to see the original on the big screen. It's one of my favorite horror movies.

Original, easily. It had a midnight showing at Ritz At the Bourse (popular art house theater in Philadelphia) and I ALMOST went. Ugh. :(

The First

It's my favorite, and it's the only one I haven't seen in theaters.

The original as well. Saw it 2 or 3 times in the theater. All good times, would be fun to relive some 90s moments.

The original. I honestly cannot express just how jealous I am of those who went to see this in theaters back in 1996. That must have been fucking awesome.
