Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Psycho IV's deaths looked so off for some reason. Beautifully shot, but just something off. I know it was made for TV but damn Showtime get your shit together.

This. All of it. Yep.

Sure, the original and the remake weren't exactly special effects extravaganzas but I still respect the effects (or lack there of in some key scenes) in those more than the 'meh' execution of the deaths in this one. And don't get me started on the ending of Psycho IV. Kill it.

The original, but that's ONLY because it didn't focus on effects. There really weren't any effects.

The remake.
You kill or you die. Or you die and you kill.
