At first it will be some older things, because I haven't gone out and done any decent photography lately. Some of these are mods, some of them aren't.

This one is a couple years old:

It's the shell of a house that burnt down near my hometown in Iowa. It burnt down several years ago, and I would always pass it driving out of town to go back to school. So captivated, I swore I would get pics before I moved out of state permanently. This is a mod, but even the originals turned out pretty good, imo.

This is that same house, just a little closer up.

I never could determine what captivated me about the house so much. Maybe the fact that it could take that kind of a beating and still not fall... I've got plenty more to add tomorrow. Just thought I'd pique your interest with the best of the lot. (grin)

It's beautiful. Would be a creepy house to be in if it was haunted too lol

This is one of my favorites. It's a park at a small town outside the small town in Iowa where I grew up. This park is so big it has a tunnel that goes from one area of the park, under a main highway, and to a larger--more camp-friendly--area of the park. It is a park near the beach where I took the black-and-white photo of the tree in the previous posting. Anyway, this is the tunnel going under the highway, and it's heading into the larger area of the park. This is one of my favorite modifications. The colors turned out just perfect, and I love the way the tunnel is washed-out bright at the end.

Amazing, I'd love to just sit there all day in the beauty!

Really wonderful pictures. The house is perfect! I really like the cemetery picture too. Cemeteries should look cold so winter is the time to photograph them.

There will be more. I've got plenty to share. I miss photography. Been spending so much time with the editing, that I just haven't been able to get out and do it! :( But I'll scrounge up some more shots for my screaming public! ;) (heart)
