The pact- when that ghost was looking the other direction inside the house. Then she just moved her head fast and stared at the main char. That sound they make to make you jump made me scream literally. The awakening had a bunch of jump scares that really made me jump.

There's some good ones in Repulsion. The one with the mirror got my cat instead of me, but it's still a good one.

The Visit managed to get me with one of their jump scares when I was making gifs and flicking through frame by frame. I think that is a sign that it's a really good one.
