Horror Quote Of The Moment

Welcome to Under The Morgue.

We have sections for each decade of film, from the 1910s onward, as well as sections for 10+ major franchises, close to 50 'smaller' franchises (containing five entries or less), creative writing, independent filmmaking, photography, music, Non-Horror films and TV shows, forum games, and boredom busters, and to top it all off there's an IM shoutbox at the bottom of the page for random chat. From the tame and 'kid sister friendly' to the psychological and mindbending to cheesy splatter flicks to hardcore torture-oriented horror, there's something here for everyone, so why not dive in?

Jesus I don't even know. I definitely watch Scream 2 the most, probably followed by 1 & 4. 3 might as well have stabbed me to death, I can't be bothered <- unless I'm in the "scream scooby doo" mood.

Yeah 3 is good but I never watch it unless it's in a marathon cause the pace drags.

I've seen the first the most, but I can't say how many times. It's a lot. The first two were favorites of a friend that doesn't like horror as much as I do, so they were an easy pick when we wanted to watch something without really watching it. I watched the fourth one a lot when I got the DVD, so I might have already seen it more times than the third, which I rarely watch without watching the rest.

About twenty times each for the first three (very rough estimate) and ten or so for the fourth.

I've completely lost count. What I do know is that I can quote the first film line for line when watching it, so it must be a lot.

The first film I've seen at least five times, the second one at least three, and the third and fourth I've seen twice.

I've seen 1 and 3 a fuckton of times. I can watch the first one and enjoy it as much as I did back when I was only five years old.

I used to watch 3 a lot as a kid back when I had only a TV/VCR television set. I didn't like 3 nearly as much as 1 and 2, but for some reason, young 2002 kid me loved watching that one on videotape. :P

I remember there was a week and a half or so where my mom and stepdad went to Pennsylvania when I was in fourth grade, and I spent that time at my grandma's. It was a stressful week because it was only a few months after September 11th happened, so of course I was weirded out by the idea of my parents getting on a plane (since I was only nine at the time), and I would just rewatch Scream 3 every night before bed... Because apparently Scream 3 made me feel better or something? The creepy little bugger that I was.

So yeah. I've seen the first three countless times, particularly 1 and 3, and I've seen Scream 4 about fifteen times.

I've probably seen the first one the most since it's my favorite in the series. I'd say at least 10 or so times. Maybe more. I don't really know though. Scream 2, a little less or about the same. I have watched Scream 3 a few times, but not as much as the first two. When I was younger I liked it that Jay and Silent Bob were in Scream 3, but now it just doesn't work for me. Scream 3 is too insider. Too jokey. As for Scream 4, only twice. It would have been better if they ignored the original cast altogether like the TV series is doing now. Would have had more of an impact for me. Unfortunately, the new characters in Scream 4 are just living in the shadows of the old ones. That kind of makes me sound like Jill, doesn't it?
