Have a favorite sport you like to watch and/or play?

I really like tennis. I wanted to play but don't think I can because of my asthma.

Ice hockey and tennis. I can't say that I follow any teams or players all that closely though but I'd take those over the likes of football and basketball any day.

Use to play ping pong with the bf one summer. I am really good at it but it got pretty dull so we stopped playing.

I like watching sports, not play them.
I watch football, especially the Champions League and the Euro and World championship.
Speedskating, us duchies love that sport and we are good at it too. Juts look at the latest winter olympics.
Tennis, I usually just watch the slams. Nadal is my favourite.
Formula 1, but not as much as I used to. Schumacher retiring(the first time) and the stupid rule changes the last few years, has made it a bit lackluster.

Not much into watching sports. I guess I might watch a football or soccer game once in awhile. Not too often though.

I've been playing Badminton since high school, sadly I gave up on it last year. Right now I'm into Ultimate Frisbee. The sports I enjoy watching in TV are Soccer (Not a big fan though) and Tennis.

I don't care for watching anymore. I don't play anymore, but I used to participate in basketball and karate (forgot specifics). Basketball, soccer and floor hockey were my favorites to play in high school. I wasn't particularly good at basketball...but I was a decent goalie for everything else.

I used to watch MMA a lot, but I don't really keep up with it anymore. Now I just occasionally check up on what has happened or watch an event if it's free on TV.

Years back, I'd watch football and wrestling; but that dwindled down over the years.

Football and MMA

I have always loved football since I was a child. My fave college football team is the University of Georgia Bulldogs who were 10-3 this year. They hired a new coach whose Kirby Smart who was the defensive coordinator at Alabama whom he helped win many national championships at and he's coming back to his alma mater at Georgia. He's a great coach.

I played high school varsity football for 3 years and lettered my junior yr and started at wide receiver my senior year and got killed every time I caught a pass lol. Didn't score any TD's but caught 7 passes for like 125 yds.

My fave NFL team are the Atlanta Falcons.

MMA is my next fave sport. I studied Tae Kwon Do as a kid from stunt man Don Ruffin from my hometown before he went to Hollywood. Here's his imdb page:
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0749280/

I took TKD in college from a frat brother for 4 yrs and studied a years worth of Tai Chi which is more meditation and a lil bit of Kali Silat and BJJ.

Bruce Lee is my fave of course but as UFC fighter I choose Randy Couture.

I played football and baseball growing up. Haven't played either in quite a while, but I still play catch and stuff.

I like to watch both of those sports too. I've been a Baltimore Orioles fan my whole life and a Seattle Seahawks fan since 1988.

Used to like watching boxing but not anymore.

I enjoy playing a wide range of sports -- basketball, football, baseball (my favorite), I like to bowl, volleyball's fun, and I used to do a lot of sparring (martial arts mostly, not much boxing). But I've only ever enjoyed watching two sports:

Kickboxing -- though I haven't watched it in years. I'm not even sure if the PKA/regular ol' kickboxing even exists still since the UFC/MMA became so popular. At any rate, I used to wait with baited breath for each new kickboxing title match. The last really good one I saw was in '93 or '94, where Rick Roufus beat one of my favorites, "The Ice Man" Jean-Yves Theriault. Roufus' spinning backfist was fast as hell, caught Jean with it every time.

Baseball -- Specifically, Cincinnati Reds baseball. Started watching them in my pre-teens and have been watching them ever since (mostly). I actually got really steamed at the Reds for a while there; for years I'd been watching them and they'd never won the world series (well, they had, but before my time) and the year they finally do make it all the way and win the series, I was in basic training and didn't get to watch it. I held that against them and didn't watch them for a few years LOL But I don't care to watch any other team or any other players, only the Reds. When their season's over -- be it going all the way or not even making it to the finals -- my season's over, too.

I forgot to mention that I use to love baseball as a kid but just quit watching it in the 90's after every year my fave team Atlanta Braves would lose every time in the World Series.

I played recreation league baseball from like I was 7 years old til like 15 and I did make the All Stars at 15 lol. I played 1 year Varsity baseball in highschool my freshman yr but just lost interest in the sport afterwards.

Bowling is a fun sport too but never get to play it much. When I do I usually have a pitcher of beer with me cause I suck at bowling.

I like to play golf and been a member at our local country clucb since like I was 13 back in '83. I suck at golf too. Beer is a must have when playing.

I like ping pong too and use to have a table when I was a kid.

I like to play pool also.
