Immediate VOTING due to state of emergency! Realizing the intense and severe threat of North Korea Also realizing the President has taken swift action against it. Goal to "secure nuclear weapons and materials." Goal- To help and assist the South and freedom fighters of the North. Fight off and target the North Korean Nuclear sites. Send special forces without North Korea noticing them? Say what? You do know that North Korea's army is actually pretty big and that the country is more or less shut off to everybody on the outside. Please explain how this mission is supposed to be accomplished and what would those special forces actually do? |

Regardless of that: explain what those "special forces" will do? And seeing that the government collapsed - why are we still discussing going to war against them? Do you want to fight something that is non-existing? Like WMDs in Iraq? |

I think it's quite well established that NK has nuclear weapons. This is not at all like Iraq. |

This isn't really a declaration of war, it is more of an authorization of the use of military force for the limited objective of securing the nuclear weapons. There isn't even really a gtovernment to declare war on. |
