Immediate VOTING due to state of emergency!

Realizing the intense and severe threat of North Korea
Also realizing the President has taken swift action against it.

Goal to "secure nuclear weapons and materials."

Goal- To help and assist the South and freedom fighters of the North. Fight off and target the North Korean Nuclear sites.

You don't need to develop an ICBM to detonate a dirty bomb or improvised nuclear device.
Yes but how are they going to ship-in the Nuke?

To answer your question more thoroughly, drugs and humans are trafficked into the Allied States everyday through the border, and there is also the threat that it could be smuggled in via cargo ship.

I disagree. This is not about rebuilding North Korea, which should be left to South Korea and China. The Allied States is under a unique threat from nuclear terrorism, at greater risk than China. This is our problem. Besides, why should we trust a country that supported the North Korean regime for years to support the interests of the Allied States? Have to say I'm surprised, I thought your foreign policy was strong/imperialist.

@CDLand- Entering into a conflict with China's interests is not smart. From what it seems, the country is going to be easily controlled by South Korean, Chinese and Russian forces. The US should just stay behind and provide the help that the Koreans need.
And after the operation is done, it would be useful to contact the leadership of China and Russia for an agreement about the future of NK.

OOC: I find this collapse of North Korea not much realistic. Not saying the regime can't collapse, I just think that if that happened, Chinese troops would have entered the country extremely fast and would put a puppet into power. So I am also trying to make sure you don't overextend ourselves here, because for China, North Korea is a very sensitive issue. Imagine if there were american troops in Mexico?

Agreed that this scenario is slightly unrealistic though.
