S.R 6 War Powers Act of 2014

Realizing the many conflicts of war and military engagement whether it be role play or real regional wars.

Also Realizing the Senate sometimes fails to act swiftly enough to get a proper declaration or authorazation.

Hereby Gives the President The Power to move troops in and engange countries (role playing) and real regions that the
Allied States may deal with, without Senatorial approval.

However after three days, there must be an approved authorization by the senate.
if there is no authorization then the President must repatriate the sent troops.

Nuclear Clause: The President during these Three days if unauthorized is NOT allowed to order the launching of a Nuclear Strike, unless the Allied States is shot at by a nuclear weapon."

Justification Clause: To prevent the unnecessary abuse of power, the President will have to prepare a case explaining afterwards his/her reasoning for attacking the country/countries.

To also prevent the Supreme Court from sheer politiking the President may only be punished if he/she randomly invaded a country, or invaded a country for pure resources purposes.
(This bills applies to war not just for role playing but regional wars outside of roleplaying as well)

Sounds reasonable and necessary in light of recent events.

No the President could only move troops, naval vessels and aircraft. Absolutely no use of nuclear weapons until Senate confirms actions.

Hahahahahaha! Seriously? Sorry, I couldn't help it but just laugh.
What this bill means is that the President sends our army into another territory and then, after the Senate did not approve, pulls them back after three days? Bottom line being: hey guys, sorry about this, it was just an accident. Or what? You are aware that once you invade somebody, you are at full war. This bill is, excuse my language, pathetic.

What kind of war lasts 3 days? There's a reason the real life War Powers Act is 60 days and is still regarded by some as unconstitutional.
