The Loyalty Act-

Purpose
"To keep the Allied States a safe and strong land of prosperity. While maintaining our rights and liberties. Making AS Better."

At times of possible conflict or emergency the president can order an audit of messages/telegrams sent from any state to another state
of suspicion.

This also applies to the off site forums.

The Senate may also vote a motion of confidence to do this. As well as the attorney general with a consent of a justice.

The President must first receive the authority of a Justice, whether public or private to order this.

Failure to comply or hiding or deleting of telegrams will be penalized and comes with a minimum sentence of removal of office and
ineligibility to run for office, and a maximum penalty of treason or ejection.

Senate President
SIGNING STATEMENT: I sincerely hope that the provisions of this statue will not need to be exercised for a long time but agree with the reasoning of the Senate that it is best to be prepared.

Neither the KGB or the NSA were acts. They were organizations an departments. And since you aren't a senator, this bill still passes.

Maybe it was better to mention that while the act had been passed in the senate and signed by the President, in accordance to the Supreme Court ruling ( Keventle & CPSU v. The Loyalty Act ) it is voided.
